Description
Claims (14)
- 患者の眼に白内障手術をするためのシステムにおいて、当該システムが:
a.複数のレーザパルスを具える治療ビームを生成するよう構成されたレーザ光源と;
b.画像化アセンブリと治療レーザ送達アセンブリが少なくとも1つの共通の光学部品を共有するように、治療レーザ送達アセンブリに動作可能に連結された画像化アセンブリを具えている一体型光学システムであって、1以上の対象の組織構造に関連する画像情報を取得し、前記対象の組織構造の少なくとも1つを破壊させるべく3次元パターンの治療ビームを誘導するように構成されている一体型光学システムと;
c.前記レーザ光源および一体型光学システムに動作可能に連結され、
1)前記画像情報に基づいて、レーザビームおよび治療パターンを調整し、
2)前記画像情報を処理して、一組のXYZの三成分であって、それぞれのXYZの三成分は3次元的な画像の候補となるエッジピクセルの位置を表すXYZの三成分を得て、
3)前記XYZの三成分の第1の位置を選択し、最小二乗適合の解が収束するまで、最小二乗法を使用して前記XYZの三成分の選択された部分に数学的表面を適合させ、
4)前記XYZの三成分の異なる部分を選択し、XYZの三成分の全ての前記選択された部分に前記最小二乗法を使用して前記数学的表面を適合させ、
5)全てのXYZの三成分が選択されるまでステップ4)を繰り返し、
6)前記最小二乗適合分析に少なくとも部分的に基づいて前記眼の2以上の解剖学的構造を識別するように構成されたコントローラと、
を具えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記2以上の解剖学的構造が、角膜を含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記2以上の解剖学的構造が、強膜を含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記2以上の解剖学的構造が、角膜縁を含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記2以上の解剖学的構造が、虹彩を含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記2以上の解剖学的構造が、水晶体を含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記2以上の解剖学的構造が、水晶体嚢を含むことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記数学的表面モデルが球面であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記数学的表面モデルが非球面であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記コントローラがさらに、前記2以上の解剖学的構造間の境界の位置を特定するよう構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項10に記載のシステムにおいて、前記境界が、前記眼の角膜と前記眼の強膜の間の交点として規定されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項10に記載のシステムにおいて、前記境界が、前記眼の角膜と前記眼の虹彩の間の交点として規定されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項10に記載のシステムにおいて、前記境界が、前記眼の水晶体と前記眼の虹彩の間の交点として規定されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記コントローラが、最小二乗適合分析の不適格点を利用して前記眼の解剖学的構造を識別するように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。
