Abstract
【解決手段】システムは、複数のレーザパルスを具える治療ビームを生成するよう構成されたレーザ光源と、少なくとも1つの共通の光学部品を共有するように治療レーザ送達アセンブリに動作可能に連結された画像化アセンブリを具える一体型光学システムであって、1以上の対象の組織構造に関連する画像情報を取得し、対象の組織構造の少なくとも1つを破壊すべく3次元パターンの治療ビームを誘導するように構成された一体型光学システムと、レーザ光源と一体型光学システムに動作可能に連結され、画像情報に基づいてレーザビームと治療パターンを調整し、画像情報のロバスト最小二乗適合分析に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、眼の2以上の解剖学的構造を識別するように構成されたコントローラと、を具えている。

Claims (18)
- 患者の眼の少なくとも1の解剖学的構造の境界の位置を特定するための方法において、
a)眼の少なくとも1の解剖学的構造に関する画像情報を提供するステップと、
b)前記画像情報を処理して、一組のXYZの三成分であって、それぞれのXYZの三成分は3次元的な画像の候補となるエッジピクセルの位置を表すX座標、Y座標、及びZ座標を具えるXYZの三成分を得るステップと、
c)前記XYZの三成分の第1の位置を選択し、最小二乗適合の解が収束するまで、最小二乗法を使用して前記XYZの三成分の選択された部分に数学的表面を適合させるステップと、
d)前記XYZの三成分の異なる部分を選択し、XYZの三成分の全ての前記選択された部分に前記最小二乗法を使用して前記数学的表面を適合させるステップと、
e)全てのXYZの三成分が選択されるまでステップd)を繰り返すステップと、
f)前記最小二乗適合分析に少なくとも部分的に基づいて前記眼の2以上の解剖学的構造を識別するステップと、
を具えることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記少なくとも1の解剖学的構造が、角膜を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記少なくとも1の解剖学的構造が、強膜を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記少なくとも1の解剖学的構造が、角膜縁を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記少なくとも1の解剖学的構造が、虹彩を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記少なくとも1の解剖学的構造が、水晶体を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記少なくとも1の解剖学的構造が、水晶体嚢を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、さらに、
3又はそれ以上の一連の最小二乗適合解析を実行するステップと、
多くの候補となるXYZの三成分が次に続くそれぞれの最小二乗適合解析で使用されるように、前記画像情報を別々に処理して、さらなる候補となるXYZの三成分を得るステップと、
を具えることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記第1及び第2の数学的表面のモデルのうちの少なくとも一方が球面であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記第1及び第2の数学的表面のモデルのうちの少なくとも一方が非球面であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、さらに、対応する眼の3又はそれ以上の解剖学的構造間の2又はそれ以上の境界の位置を特定するステップを具えることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項11に記載の方法において、前記境界が、前記眼の角膜と前記眼の強膜の間の交点を有することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項11に記載の方法において、前記境界が、前記眼の角膜と前記眼の虹彩の間の交点を有することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項11に記載の方法において、前記境界が、前記眼の水晶体と前記眼の虹彩の間の交点を有することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、さらに、
最小二乗適合解析の1又はそれ以上の重み付けされた候補となるXYZの三成分を使用して、眼の解剖学的構造の位置を特定するステップを具えることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記画像情報が、複数のピクセルの線、シーケンス、及び列のうちの少なくとも1を具えるA走査を具えることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項16に記載の方法において、さらに、全部で3又はそれ以上の最小二乗適合解析を実行するステップと、
多くの候補となるXYZの三成分が次に続くそれぞれの最小二乗適合解析で使用されるように、さらなる候補となるXYZの三成分を具える前記画像情報を別々に処理するステップと、
を具えることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項17に記載の方法において、前記最小二乗法から得られる重み付けに基づいて、境界の位置が特定されることを特徴とする方法。
