Claims (2)
- 選択的触媒還元用として内燃機関の排ガス流れ(9)に尿素溶液を圧縮空気によって導入する際の導入制御方法において、
尿素溶液は、外部混合二流体ノズルを使用することで微粒化され、
外部混合二流体ノズルにおいて、尿素溶液は、圧縮空気によって微粒化され、
尿素溶液の噴霧のために供給される圧縮空気の量を、導入される尿素溶液の液滴性状が触媒の作用にとって十分なものになるように、各運転点にて、排ガス温度と排ガス質量流量の運転パラメータに基づいて制御し、かつ、それぞれの場合に要求される最少空気量に低減し、
尿素溶液の導入が中断または完了した時に、尿素溶液搬送ラインから尿素溶液を圧縮空気によって排除することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記尿素溶液の導入の中断または完了を、定量ポンプ(3)の停止によって行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
