Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、選択的触媒還元用として内燃機関の排ガス流れ(9)の中に尿素溶液を注入するための配量システムと、尿素溶液の圧縮空気による注入の制御方法とに関する。この場合、この配量システムは、尿素溶液を取り出すことができる尿素溶液タンク(1)に接続でき、かつ、圧縮空気供給ライン(6)に接続できる。また、この配量システムは、尿素溶液を圧縮空気によって排ガス流れ(9)の中に注入できる少なくとも1つのノズル(5)を含む。さらに、この配量システムは、空気弁(7)を含み、その空気弁(7)によって、圧縮空気供給ライン(6)の圧力および/または空気量および/または弁開時間を制御できる。空気弁(7)およびノズル(5)の間において、圧縮空気供給ライン(6)に、圧力および/または空気量を測定するセンサが配備され、それによって、尿素溶液の微粒化用として送入される圧縮空気の量が、排ガス温度および排ガス質量流量の運転パラメータに応じて制御され、かつ、所定時点において要求される最少空気量に低減される。

Claims (15)
- 選択的触媒還元用として内燃機関の排ガス流れ(9)に尿素溶液を噴霧するための配量システムにして、尿素溶液を取り出すことができる尿素溶液タンク(1)に接続できると共に、圧縮空気供給ライン(6)に接続できる配量システムであって、尿素溶液を圧縮空気によって排ガス流れ(9)に導入できる少なくとも1つのノズル(5)を有する配量システムにおいて、
この配量システムが、前記圧縮空気供給ライン(6)の圧力および/または空気量および/または弁開時間を制御できる空気弁(7)を有すること、および、前記空気弁(7)と前記ノズル(5)の間に、前記圧縮空気供給ライン(6)における圧力および/または空気量を測定するためのセンサが配置され、さらに、この配量システムは、二流体ノズル(5)を有し、この二流体ノズル(5)が外部混合ノズルであることを特徴とする配量システム。 - 前記空気弁(7)が比例制御弁であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配量システム。
- 前記センサが圧力センサ(16)であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の配量システム。
- 排ガスの質量流量を計算する手段、または排ガスの質量流量を測定するセンサ(11)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の配量システム。
- 排ガス温度を測定するセンサ(17)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の配量システム。
- 前記圧縮空気供給ライン(6)が絞り弁(15)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の配量システム。
- 尿素溶液供給用の定量ポンプ(3)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の配量システム。
- 尿素ライン(4)と圧縮空気供給ラインの間に接続ライン(13)が配置され、この接続ライン(13)が逆止弁(14)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の配量システム。
- 圧縮空気コンプレッサを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の配量システム。
- 制御装置(12)を有し、この制御装置(12)によって、前記空気弁(7)および/または絞り弁(15)および/または定量ポンプ(3)および/または圧縮空気コンプレッサを、前記センサ(11、16、17)から得られる測定値に基づいて制御できることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の配量システム。
- 尿素溶液タンク(1)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の配量システム。
- 選択的触媒還元用として内燃機関の排ガス流れ(9)に尿素溶液を圧縮空気によって導入する際の導入制御方法において、尿素溶液の噴霧のために供給される圧縮空気の量を、導入される尿素溶液の液滴性状が触媒の作用にとって十分なものになるように、各運転点にて、排ガス温度と排ガス質量流量の運転パラメータに基づいて制御し、かつ、それぞれの場合に要求される最少空気量に低減することを特徴とする方法。
- 尿素溶液の導入が中断または完了した時に、尿素溶液搬送ラインから尿素溶液を圧縮空気によって排除することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記尿素溶液の導入の中断または完了を、定量ポンプ(3)の停止によって行うことを特徴とする請求項12または請求項13に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも定量ポンプ(3)および/または少なくとも圧縮空気コンプレッサおよび/または少なくとも空気制御弁(7)の作動を、排ガス温度と排ガス質量流量の運転パラメータに基づいて行うことを特徴とする請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
