Description
本開示は以下も包含する。
[1] 少なくとも一つの以下の特性:
(a)ポリマー中の総スチレン含有量に基づいて、約40〜約70重量%の4超の連続的スチレン単位を含むブロックスチレン含有量、
(b)重合化された1,3−ジエンの総量に基づいて、約25〜約80重量%のビニル含有量、
(c)ポリマーの総重量に基づいて、約20〜約75重量%のスチレン含有量、
(d)1.5以下の分子量分布(Mw/Mn)、
を有する、ポリマー。
[2] 前記ポリマー中の総スチレン含有量に基づき、約5〜約30重量%の6超の連続的スチレン単位を有し、好ましくは、前記ポリマーは、前記ポリマー中の総スチレン含有量に基づき、約19〜約26重量%の6超の連続的スチレン単位を有する、上記態様1に記載のポリマー。
[3] 総スチレン含有量に基づいて、約25〜約65重量%の、好ましくは、約50〜約60重量%のスチレン含有量を有する、上記態様1〜2のいずれかに記載のポリマー。
[4] 約1.05〜約1.5、好ましくは約1.1〜約1.4、より好ましくは約1.2〜約1.4の分子量分布(Mw/Mn)を有する、上記態様1〜3のいずれかに記載のポリマー。
[5] 前記1,3−ジエンが1,3−ブタジエンを含むことを特徴とする、上記態様1〜4のいずれかに記載のポリマー。
[6] 約200,000g/mol以上、好ましくは約400,000g/mol以上、より好ましくは約550,000g/mol以上の数平均分子量(Mn)を有し、及び/又は、約300,000g/mol以上、好ましくは約500,000g/mol以上、より好ましくは約600,000g/mol以上の重量平均分子量(Mw)を有する、上記態様1〜5のいずれかに記載のポリマー。
[7] 上記態様1〜6のいずれかに記載のポリマー及び、任意に少なくとも一つの添加剤を含む、組成物。
[8] 上記態様7に記載の組成物から形成された少なくとも一つの構成要素を含む物品。
[9] スチレンモノマー及び、1,3−ジエンモノマー由来のモノマー単位を含むポリマーの重合反応のプロセスであって、前記プロセスは:
n−ブチルリチウムなどの開始剤、カリウムアルコラート及び極性剤の存在下で、前記モノマー単位を重合することを含み;
前記極性剤は、構造Iを含み:
式中、R 3 、R 4 、R 5 、R 6 、R 7 及びR 8 は、それぞれ独立して、アルキル基及び水素から成る群から選択される、プロセス。
[10] 前記R 1 及びR 2 がそれぞれ独立して、C 1 〜C 4 アルキル基であり、好ましくは、メチルであり、及び/又は、R 3 、R 4 、R 5 、R 6 、R 7 及びR 8 は、それぞれ独立して、水素及びC 1 〜C 4 アルキル基から成る群から選択される、上記態様9に記載のプロセス。
[11] 前記極性剤が、ジテトラヒドロフリルプロパンを含む、上記態様9又は10のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
[12] 前記カリウムアルコラートが、カリウム−3,7−ジメチル−3−オクチレートを含むことを特徴とする、上記態様9〜11のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
[13] 活性開始剤に対する前記カリウム塩のモル比が、約0.05〜約5、好ましくは、約0.1〜約1であることを特徴とする、上記態様9〜10のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
[14] 前記重合反応が、約80℃以下、好ましくは、約10℃〜約80℃、より好ましくは約20℃〜約75℃の温度で行われ、及び/又は、前記カリウムアルコラートに対する前記極性剤のモル比が、約30:1〜約1:5、好ましくは、約15:1〜約1:1.5であり、及び/又は、開始剤に対する極性剤の前記モル比が、約0.1〜約3、好ましくは、約0.2〜約1.5であることを特徴とする、上記態様9〜13のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
[15] 総モノマー変換率が、供給されたモノマーの総量に基づいて約96重量%超、好ましくは約98重量%超、より好ましくは約99重量%超であることを特徴とする、上記態様9〜14のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
Claims (14)
- 少なくとも以下の特性:
(a)ポリマー中の総スチレン含有量に基づいて、40〜70重量%の4超の連続的スチレン単位を含むブロックスチレン含有量、
(b)重合化された1,3−ジエンの総量に基づいて、25〜80重量%のビニル含有量、
(c)ポリマーの総重量に基づいて、20〜75重量%のスチレン含有量、
(d)1.5以下の分子量分布(Mw/Mn)、及び
(e)250,000g/mol以上の重量平均分子量(Mw)、
を有する、ポリマー。 - 前記ポリマー中の総スチレン含有量に基づき、5〜30重量%の6超の連続的スチレン単位を含むブロックスチレン含有量を有する、請求項1に記載のポリマー。
- ポリマー総重量に基づいて、25〜65重量%のスチレン含有量を有する、請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー。
- 1.05〜1.5の分子量分布(Mw/Mn)を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー。
- 前記1,3−ジエンが1,3−ブタジエンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー。
- 200,000g/mol以上の数平均分子量(Mn)を有し、及び/又は、300,000g/mol以上の重量平均分子量(Mw)を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー及び、任意に少なくとも一つの添加剤を含む、組成物。
- 請求項7に記載の組成物から形成された少なくとも一つの構成要素を含む物品。
- 前記R1及びR2がそれぞれ独立して、C1〜C4アルキル基であり、及び/又は、R3、R4、R5、R6、R7及びR8は、それぞれ独立して、水素及びC1〜C4アルキル基から成る群から選択される、請求項9に記載のプロセス。
- 前記極性剤が、ジテトラヒドロフリルプロパンを含む、請求項9又は10のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 活性開始剤に対する前記カリウム塩のモル比が、0.05〜5であることを特徴とする、請求項9〜10のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記重合反応が、80℃以下の温度で行われ、及び/又は、前記カリウム−3,7−ジメチル−3−オクチレートに対する前記極性剤のモル比が、30:1〜1:5であり、及び/又は、活性開始剤に対する極性剤の前記モル比が、0.1〜3であることを特徴とする、請求項9〜12のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 総モノマー変換率が、供給されたモノマーの総量に基づいて96重量%超であることを特徴とする、請求項9〜13のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
