Description
[1] 粘着層を有する粘着シートと、該粘着シートの片面に積層された基材シートとを有するガスケットであって、
下記の圧縮歪み回復試験(I)による歪み回復率が40%以上であることを特徴とするガスケット。
圧縮歪み回復試験(I):平面形状が10mm四方の正方形とした試料を80℃に加温した状態でその厚み方向に荷重を掛けて該試料の厚みが圧縮前の試料の総厚みに対して75%となるまで圧縮し、その後荷重を開放し、開放から3時間後の試料の総厚みを測定し、下記の式より、歪み回復率を算出する。
歪み回復率(%)=(開放から3時間後の試料の総厚み−(圧縮前の試料の総厚み×0.75))/(圧縮前の試料の総厚み×0.25)×100
[2] 粘着シートがノンハロゲン系難燃剤を含む粘着層を備えたノンハロゲン系難燃剤含有粘着シートである、上記[1]記載のガスケット。
[3] 粘着シートが、粘着層/芯材フィルム/粘着層の順に積層された粘着シートである、上記[1]記載のガスケット。

図1は本発明の一例によるガスケット10の模式断面図であり、図2はかかるガスケット10を2つの被着体の間に介在させて、2つの面の合わせ面の間を密封した状態を模式的に示した断面図である。
圧縮歪み回復試験(I):平面形状が10mm四方の正方形とした試料を80℃に加温した状態でその厚み方向に荷重を掛けて該試料の厚みが圧縮前の試料の総厚みに対して75%となるまで圧縮し、その後荷重を開放し、開放から3時間後の試料の総厚みを測定し、下記の式より、歪み回復率を算出する。
歪み回復率(%)=(開放から3時間後の試料の総厚み−(圧縮前の試料の総厚み×0.75))/(圧縮前の試料の総厚み×0.25)×100
粘着層1Aの粘着剤にアクリル系粘着剤を使用する場合、アルキル(メタ)アクリレートを主たるモノマーユニットとするアクリル系ポリマーをベースポリマーとするアクリル系粘着剤が好ましい。なお、ここでいう「(メタ)アクリレート」は「アクリレートおよび/またはメタクリレート」と同義である。
粘着層1Aの粘着剤にシリコーン系粘着剤を使用する場合、シリコーン系粘着剤は特に限定されず、一般的に多く用いられている、過酸化物架橋型シリコーン系粘着剤(過酸化物硬化型シリコーン系粘着剤)や、付加反応型シリコーン系粘着剤を好適に用いることができる。これら、過酸化物架橋型シリコーン系粘着剤及び付加反応型シリコーン系粘着剤は市販品を使用することができ、過酸化物架橋型シリコーン系粘着剤の具体例としては、信越化学製のKR−3006A/BT、東レ・ダウコーニング・シリコーン社製のSH 4280 PSAなどが挙げられる。また、付加反応型シリコーン系粘着剤の具体例としては、信越化学製のX−40−3501、東レ・ダウコーニング・シリコーン社製のBY 24−712、GE東芝シリコーン社製のTSE32Xなどが挙げられる。
粘着層1Aの粘着剤にポリオキシアルキレン系粘着剤を使用する場合、ポリオキシアルキレン系粘着剤としては、下記A〜C成分を含む組成物の硬化物が好ましい。

で示される重合体が挙げられる。式中のR4aは、具体的には、−CH2−、−CH2CH2−、−CH2CH2CH2−、−CH2CH(CH3)CH2−、−CH2CH2CH2CH2−,−CH2CH2OCH2CH2−、または−CH2CH2OCH2CH2CH2−などを挙げることができるが、合成の容易さからは−CH2−が好ましい。

本発明において、粘着層1Aに含有し得るノンハロゲン系難燃剤は、特に限定されず、水和金属化合物系、無機化合物系、リン系、シリコーン系、窒素化合物系、有機金属化合物系などの公知のハロゲン原子を含有しない難燃剤を使用することができる。なかでも、難燃性の付与効果、燃焼時のドリップ抑制、環境規制への適合性などに優れる点でリン系難燃剤が好ましい。
本発明において、粘着層1Aには、ガスケットの被着体への密着性や難燃性を向上させるために、粘着付与樹脂を含有させることができる。粘着付与樹脂としては、例えば、テルペン系粘着付与樹脂、フェノール系粘着付与樹脂、ロジン系粘着付与樹脂、石油系粘着付与樹脂などが挙げられる。粘着付与樹脂は1種又は2種以上を使用できる。
粘着シート1の片面に積層される基材シート2としては、ガスケットに要求される耐熱性を有するだけでなく、優れた撥水性を有するか、及び/又は、耐透湿性の高いシートが好ましく、通常、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、ポリクロロトリフルオロエチレン(PCTFE)、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)、ポリフッ化ビニル(PVF)、ペルフルオロアルコキシフッ素樹脂(PFA)、四フッ化エチレン・六フッ化プロピレン共重合体(FEP)、エチレン・四フッ化エチレン共重合体(ETFE)、エチレン・クロロトリフルオロエチレン共重合体(ECTFE)などのフッ素樹脂、シリコーン樹脂などからなるプラスチックシートが使用される。中でも、フッ素樹脂シートが好ましく、とりわけ好ましくはポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)シートである。
先ず、基材シート2の片面に粘着層1Aを形成し、粘着層1Aに芯材フィルム1Bを貼り合わせる(図4(A))。
離型シートの剥離処理面に粘着層を形成したサンプルを複数作成し、得られた粘着層同士を貼り合せて厚みが約0.5〜1mmの積層体とする。該積層体を直径7.9mmの円形に打抜いたものを測定試料とし、以下の方法で測定する。
測定装置:Rheometric Scientific社製 ARES
測定条件:測定温度 −30℃及び−50℃
測定周波数:1Hz(6.28rad/sec)
UL規格「UL−94」に準拠。
すなわち、長さ5インチ×幅1インチで、厚さが最大のもの、厚さが最小のもの、厚さが中間の3種類の試料を作製して、以下の条件にて試験を実施した。なお、厚さが最大、最小、中間のそれぞれにおいて5個の試料を作製し、計15個の試料について試験を実施した。
試験雰囲気:大気中
点火:10秒間
試験手順:10秒接炎後、試験炎を取り去り炎焼(flaming)と余じん(glowing)時間を記録。30秒以内に火が止まったら、さらに10秒接炎。
UL規格「UL−94」に準拠。等級(5VA、5VB、V−0、V−1、V−2、HB)により評価し、HB以上である場合を合格(○)とした。
JISK0127に準拠。
5ppm以上のCl、Brなどのハロゲンが検出されたら不合格(×)、検出量が5ppm未満であれば合格(○)とした。
室温環境(温度:20±15℃、相対湿度:65±20%RH)下で、ガスケットを平面形状が10mm四方の正方形に裁断して試料を作成した。島津製作所製の電磁力式微小試験機(マイクロサーボ)を使用し、この台座に試料をセットし、圧縮モードで80℃に加温しながら試料の厚み方向に荷重を掛けて、試料の総厚みが圧縮前の試料の総厚みに対して75%となるまで圧縮し、その後荷重を開放し、3時間後の試料の総厚みを測定した。そして歪み回復率を以下の式から算出した。

ガスケットを、図6(A)に示す、幅10mm、高さ148mm、両先端の間隔54mmの平面形状がU字状のサンプルS1に打ち抜いた。このサンプルS1を、図6(B)に示すように、2枚のアルミニウム板12、13の間に挟んで厚さ方向に25%圧縮し、この状態で80℃で3時間放置後、図6(C)に示されるように、15%圧縮まで戻して、室温(温度:20±15℃)で3時間放置した。この後、図7に示されるように、2枚のアルミニウム板の間に圧縮固定されたサンプルS1のU字内の100mm高さまで水を入れ、室温環境に3時間放置して、U字内からの水漏れ量を距離として測定した。すなわち、3時間放置後の水面高さを測定し、以下の式にて水漏れ量を距離として算出した。

平均分子量約28000のポリプロピレングリコールの両末端にアリル基を結合させてなる末端アリル化ポリオキシプロピレンよりなる熱硬化性常温液状樹脂(カネカ社製、商品名「ACX022」)100重量部に、粘着付与樹脂であるロジンペンタエリスリトール10重量部を添加混合し、100℃に加熱して30分間攪拌した。そして、混合液が透明になっていることを確認して、粘着付与樹脂が熱硬化性常温液状樹脂に溶解していることを確認した。ここに、白金/1,3−ジビニルテトラメチルジシロキサン錯体の2−プロパノール溶液(錯体濃度3%、エヌ・イーケムキャット社製、製品名「3%Pt−VTS−IPA溶液」)よりなる硬化触媒0.05重量部、分子中に平均5個のヒドロシリル基を有するハイドロジェンシロキサン系化合物(カネカ社製、商品名「CR500」)よりなる硬化剤7.65重量部、難燃剤であるトリクレジルホスフェート(TCP)70重量部を、各々添加し攪拌して混合した。その後、減圧脱泡を行い、攪拌混合時に噛み込んだ気泡を取り除き、均一な組成物を得た。
実施例1で使用した粘着剤組成物を使用し、厚み135μmのPTFE製シートに、加熱処理後の厚みが1000μmとなるように塗布し、その上にポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム製離型シートの剥離処理面を重ねて、130℃で、10分間加熱処理して、総厚みが1135μmのガスケットを完成させた。
メタクリル酸ラウリル:100重量部に、2,2−ジメトキシ−1,2−ジフェニルエタン−1−オン(光開始剤、商品名「イルガキュア651」BASF社製):0.05重量部、および1−ヒドロキシ−シクロヘキシル−フェニル−ケトン(光開始剤、商品名「イルガキュア184」BASF社製):0.05重量部を加えて、4つ口フラスコに投入し、窒素雰囲気下で紫外線に曝露して部分的に光重合させることにより、重合率7%のモノマーシロップ(部分重合物)を得た。なお、該モノマーシロップは、分子量(Mw)が600万のプレポリマーを含んでいる。該モノマーシロップ:100重量部に、1,6−ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート(商品名「NKエステルA−HD:新中村化学工業社製」)0.08重量部および難燃剤であるトリクレジルホスフェート(TCP):70重量部を均一に混合して、脱泡処理を行うことにより光重合性組成物(光硬化性組成物)を調製した。該光重合性組成物を調製してから24時間後、該光重合性組成物を基材フィルム(商品名「MKF−38」三菱化学ポリエステルフィルム社製、厚さ:38μm、ポリエステルフィルム)上に光硬化後の厚さが1.0mmとなるように塗布して重合性組成物を形成し、該重合性組成物層上に剥離フィルム[一方の面がシリコーン系離型処理剤で離型処理されたポリエステルフィルム(商品名「MRN―38」三菱化学ポリエステルフィルム社製)]を設けて、シートを得た。該シートの両面から、ブラックライトランプ(株式会社東芝ライテック社製)を用いて、照度5mW/cm2で、紫外線(UV)を重合率が99%に達する十分な時間照射し、重合性組成物層を光硬化させて、粘弾性体を形成させることにより、粘弾性体層シートを得た。
なお、紫外線の照度は、紫外線強度計(商品名「UVRT−1」トプコンテクノハウス社製、ピーク感度最大波長350nm)を用いて調整した。
前記粘着剤層のPET基材を剥がして粘着層を露出させ、厚み135μmのPTFE製シートに貼り合わせ、さらに反対側のPET基材を剥がすことで、総厚みが1135μmのガスケットを完成させた。
分子中に平均5個のヒドロシリル基を有するハイドロジェンシロキサン系化合物(カネカ社製、商品名「CR500」)よりなる硬化剤を5重量部に変更した以外は実施例1で使用した粘着剤組成物と同様にして粘着剤組成物を調製した。そして、ポリプロピレンフィルムの厚みを20μm、粘着剤組成物の加熱処理後の厚みを400μmに変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして第1の粘着シートを作製し、さらに粘着剤組成物の加熱処理後の厚みを400μmに変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして第2の粘着シートを作製し、第2の粘着シートの離型シートを剥離して粘着層を露出させ、その粘着層を第1の粘着シートのポリプロピレンフィルムに貼り合わせて、総厚みが955μmのガスケットを完成させた。
比較例1で使用した粘着剤組成物を使用し、厚み135μmのPTFE製シートに、加熱処理後の厚みが800μmとなるように塗布し、その上にポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム製離型シートの剥離処理面を重ねて、130℃で、10分間加熱処理して、総厚みが935μmのガスケットを完成させた。
ウレタン樹脂溶液、多官能イソシアネート、ヘキサシクロブロモドデカン(ウレタン樹脂溶液、多官能イソシアネート成分の合計量100重量部当たり20重量部を含む組成物を、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム製離型シートの剥離処理面に塗布し、100℃で、2分間加熱処理することで、粘着層厚みが1000μmの粘着シートを形成した。そして、さらにその上にポリ塩化ビニル製のメッシュシート(10メッシュ)を貼り合わせ、上記の組成物をメッシュシートの上から塗布し、100℃で、2分間加熱処理することで、厚みが135μmの粘着層を形成して、総厚みが1135μmのガスケットを完成させた。

Claims (9)
- 粘着層を有する粘着シートと、該粘着シートの片面に積層された基材シートとを有し、該基材シートがフッ素樹脂シートであり、該粘着シートと該基材シートとが積層された状態で2つの被着体の間に介在されて、該2つの被着体の対向面の間を密封するガスケットであって、
下記の圧縮歪み回復試験(I)による歪み回復率が40%以上であることを特徴とするガスケット。
圧縮歪み回復試験(I):平面形状が10mm四方の正方形とした試料を80℃に加温した状態でその厚み方向に荷重を掛けて該試料の厚みが圧縮前の試料の総厚みに対して75%となるまで圧縮し、その後荷重を開放し、開放から3時間後の試料の総厚みを測定し、下記の式より、歪み回復率を算出する。
歪み回復率(%)=(開放から3時間後の試料の総厚み−(圧縮前の試料の総厚み×0.75))/(圧縮前の試料の総厚み×0.25)×100 - 粘着シートがノンハロゲン系難燃剤を含む粘着層を備えたノンハロゲン系難燃剤含有粘着シートである、請求項1記載のガスケット。
- 粘着シートが、粘着層/芯材フィルム/粘着層の順に積層された粘着シートである、請求項1記載のガスケット。
- 粘着シートが、粘着層の単一層からなる粘着シートである、請求項1記載のガスケット。
- 粘着層が、ポリオキシアルキレン系粘着層またはアクリル系粘着層である、請求項1記載のガスケット。
- 粘着層が、ポリオキシアルキレン系粘着層であって、下記A〜C成分を含む組成物の硬化物層である、請求項1記載のガスケット。
A:1分子中に少なくとも1個のアルケニル基を有するポリオキシアルキレン系重合体
B:1分子中に平均2個以上のヒドロシリル基を有する化合物
C:ヒドロシリル化触媒 - 粘着層が、ポリオキシアルキレン系粘着層であって、下記A〜D成分を含む組成物の硬化物層である、請求項2記載のガスケット。
A:1分子中に少なくとも1個のアルケニル基を有するポリオキシアルキレン系重合体
B:1分子中に平均2個以上のヒドロシリル基を有する化合物
C:ヒドロシリル化触媒
D:ノンハロゲン系難燃剤 - 請求項1記載のガスケットを2つの面の合わせ面の間に介在させることを特徴とする、2つの面の合わせ面の間の密封方法。
- 請求項2記載のガスケットを2つの面の合わせ面の間に介在させることを特徴とする、2つの面の合わせ面の間の密封方法。
