Description
本発明は、上記の事情から、高い難燃性と高いシール性能とが両立したシーリングシートを提供することを目的とする。
また、高い難燃性と高いシール性能とが両立し、しかも、燃焼時に有毒なハロゲン系ガスを発生することがない、シーリングシートを提供することを目的とする。
[1] 難燃剤含有粘着層を備えた難燃性粘着シートを含んでなるシーリングシートであって、該難燃剤含有粘着層における気泡率が5〜40%であることを特徴とする、シーリングシート。
[2] 難燃剤含有粘着層が、難燃剤含有ポリオキシアルキレン系粘着層である、上記[1]記載のシーリングシート。
[3] 難燃剤含有ポリオキシアルキレン系粘着層が、下記A〜D成分を含む組成物の硬化物層である、上記[2]記載のシーリングシート。

本発明のシーリングシートでは、難燃性粘着シート3の難燃剤含有粘着層1における気泡率を5〜40%の範囲内に調整されている。難燃剤含有粘着層1がかかる気泡率を有することで、シーリングシートは十分に高い難燃性を有するとともに、被シール体を湿気や水(塩水)から長期に亘って確実に隔絶し得る十分に高いシール性能を有するものとなる。気泡率は7%以上が好ましく、10%以上がより好ましく、15%以上がさらに好ましく、17%以上がとりわけ好ましい。また、気泡率は38%以下が好ましく、35%以下がより好ましく、30%以下がさらに好ましい。

難燃剤含有粘着層1は、感圧性接着剤に難燃剤を配合せしめた粘着剤組成物によって形成される。感圧性接着剤は特に限定はされないが、弾力性、圧縮性及び密着性に優れる粘着層を形成できるものが好ましく、アクリル系、シリコーン系又はポリオキシアルキレン系の粘着剤が挙げられる。なかでも、ポリオキシアルキレン系粘着剤は弾力性、圧縮性及び密着性に優れ、しかも、再剥離性に優れる粘着層を形成できるので、ポリオキシアルキレン系粘着剤を使用することで、メンテナンス時の被シール体からのシーリングシートの離脱を容易に行えるので好ましい。
アクリル系粘着剤としては、具体的には、アルキル(メタ)アクリレートのモノマーユニットを主骨格とするアクリル系ポリマーをベースポリマーとするアクリル系粘着剤が好ましい(ここで、「(メタ)アクリレート」は「アクリレートおよび/またはメタクリレート」を意味する。)。
シリコーン系粘着剤としては、特に限定されず、一般的に多く用いられている、過酸化物架橋型シリコーン系粘着剤(過酸化物硬化型シリコーン系粘着剤)や、付加反応型シリコーン系粘着剤を好適に用いることができる。これら、過酸化物架橋型シリコーン系粘着剤及び付加反応型シリコーン系粘着剤は市販品を使用することができ、過酸化物架橋型シリコーン系粘着剤の具体例としては、信越化学工業社製のKR−3006A/BT、東レ・ダウコーニング・シリコーン社製のSH 4280 PSAなどが挙げられる。また、付加反応型シリコーン系粘着剤の具体例としては、信越化学工業社製のX−40−3501、東レ・ダウコーニング・シリコーン社製のBY 24−712、GE東芝シリコーン社製のTSE32Xなどが挙げられる。
ポリオキシアルキレン系粘着剤としては、下記A〜C成分を含む組成物の硬化物が好ましい。

本発明において、難燃剤は、特に限定されないが、有毒なハロゲン系ガスを発生しない、ノンハロゲン系難燃剤が好ましく、例えば、水和金属化合物系、無機化合物系、リン系、シリコーン系、窒素化合物系、有機金属化合物系などの公知のハロゲン原子を含有しない難燃剤を使用することができる。なかでも、難燃性の付与効果、燃焼時のドリップ抑制、環境規制への適合性などに優れる点でリン系難燃剤が好ましい。
難燃剤含有粘着層1には、シーリングシートの被シール体への密着性及び難燃性を向上させるために、粘着付与樹脂を含有させることができる。粘着付与樹脂としては、例えば、テルペン系粘着付与樹脂、フェノール系粘着付与樹脂、ロジン系粘着付与樹脂、石油系粘着付与樹脂などが挙げられる。粘着付与樹脂は1種又は2種以上を使用できる。
芯体フィルム2の材質は、特に制限されないが、ポリエステル(例えば、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)など);ナイロン;ポリ塩化ビニル;ポリ塩化ビニリデン;ポリオレフィン(例えば、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、リアクターTPO、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体など);フッ素樹脂(例えば、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、ポリクロロトリフルオロエチレン(PCTFE)、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)、ポリフッ化ビニル(PVF)、ペルフルオロアルコキシフッ素樹脂(PFA)、四フッ化エチレン・六フッ化プロピレン共重合体(FEP)、エチレン・四フッ化エチレン共重合体(ETFE)、エチレン・クロロトリフルオロエチレン共重合体(ECTFE)など)などから選ばれる1種又は2種以上からなる単層または積層のプラスチックフィルム、金属箔などが挙げられる。また、プラスチックフィルムと金属箔を積層したフィルムであってもよい。なお、芯体フィルムは非多孔性フィルムであることが好ましい。「非多孔性フィルム」とは、網布、織布、不織布、メッシュフィルム(シート)、穿孔処理を施したフィルム(シート)などは除かれ、中実のフィルムであること意味する。
本発明のシーリングシートは、基材シート4を有しない態様及び基材シート4を有する態様の両方を包含する。基材シート4を有する態様の場合、基材シート4は、シーリングシートに自己支持性を与えて、シーリングシートの取り付け作業性を向上させるとともに、シーリングシートの耐透湿性を向上させる。
難燃性粘着シート3が、図1に示す、難燃剤含有粘着層1/芯体フィルム2/難燃剤含有粘着層1の積層構成である場合、芯体フィルム2の表面(少なくとも片面)にはプライマー層を形成することができる。プライマー層を形成すると、芯体フィルム2と難燃剤含有粘着層1間の結合力が高まるため、シーリングシートの耐透湿性を一層向上させることができる。また、製造後のシーリングシートをロール状に巻き取る(ロール状シーリングシートを作製する)際や、ロール状シーリングシートからシーリングシートを引き出して(巻き戻して)、被シール体に装着する際の、芯体フィルム2と難燃剤含有粘着層1間における空隙生成をより高いレベルで防止することができる。このようなプライマー層は芯体フィルム2の片面に形成するだけでなく、芯体フィルム2の両面に形成することができるが、基材シート4を有するシーリングシートの場合、芯体フィルム2の基材シート4側とは反対側の片面に形成するのが好ましい。プライマー層6を芯体フィルム2の基材シート4側とは反対側の片面に形成することで、シーリングシートを被シール体から離脱させる際に、被シール体に接着した難燃剤含有粘着層1から芯体フィルム2が分離せず、基材シート4側の難燃剤含有粘着層1と芯体フィルム2との間で剥離が生じ、その結果、被シール体に対して難燃剤含有粘着層1のみが残留せず、難燃剤含有粘着層1と芯体フィルム2が一体化した状態で残留する。このため、被シール体から残留する難燃剤含有粘着層1を剥離して回収する際の作業がしやすくなる。
先ず、基材シート4の片面にノ難燃剤含有粘着層1を形成し、ノン難燃剤含有粘着層1に芯体フィルム2を貼り合わせる(図6(A))。
[実施例]
シーリングシートを10mm幅×50mm長さのテープにカットし、このテープの粘着面をジュラルミンパネル(JIS規格:A7075)へ5kgfローラーにて圧着する。ローラーはテープの長手方向の一方の端部から他方の端部へ転がす(片道圧着)。このようにして得たサンプルを常温(湿度:50%RH)で24時間放置後、テープの一方の端部に荷重(錘)30gを付け、テープの剥離距離が30mmに達するまでの時間を計測する。
(1)水平燃焼試験
試験サンプル:幅3inch×長さ10inch
試験雰囲気:大気中
点火時間:15秒間
試験手順:ステンレスからなる枠体により試験サンプルを水平に支持し(試験サンプルの平面と鉛直方向とが直交する関係)、試験サンプルの一端を15秒間接炎した後、燃焼時間を測定する。
規格:燃焼時間12秒以下
試験サンプル:幅3inch×長さ10inch
試験雰囲気:大気中
点火時間:12秒間
試験手順:試験サンプルを垂直に配置し(試験サンプルの平面と鉛直方向とが平行な関係)、試験サンプルの下端を12秒間接炎した後、燃焼時間を測定する。
規格: 燃焼時間20秒未満
シーリングシートを2インチ×2インチの平面サイズにカットし、これを平面サイズが4インチ×4インチのジュラルミンパネル(A7075)に上に貼り付け、5kgfローラーで1往復し、常温で24時間エージングして試験サンプルを作製し、試験サンプルを下記条件の塩水噴霧試験に供する。
サンプルセット角度:30°
温度:35+1.1〜1.7℃
塩水濃度:5wt%
噴霧量:1.5ml/80cm2/hrs
試験時間:600時間
平均分子量約28000のポリプロピレングリコールの両末端にアリル基を結合させてなる末端アリル化ポリオキシプロピレンよりなる熱硬化性常温液状樹脂(カネカ社製、商品名「ACX022」)100重量部に、粘着付与樹脂であるロジンペンタエリスリトール15重量部を添加混合し、100℃に加熱して30分間攪拌した。そして、混合液が透明になっていることを確認して、粘着付与樹脂が熱硬化性常温液状樹脂に溶解していることを確認した。ここに、白金/1,3−ジビニルテトラメチルジシロキサン錯体の2−プロパノール溶液(錯体濃度3%、エヌ・イーケムキャット社製、製品名「3%Pt−VTS−IPA溶液」)よりなる硬化触媒0.05重量部、分子中に平均5個のヒドロシリル基を有するハイドロジェンシロキサン系化合物(カネカ社製、商品名「CR500」)よりなる硬化剤7.65重量部、難燃剤であるポリリン酸アンモニウム(APP)50重量部、トリクレジルホスフェート(TCP)30重量部を、各々添加し攪拌して混合した。その後、液温25℃での静置脱泡を60時間行い、均一な組成物を得た。
粘着剤組成物の調製における、静置脱泡の条件を液温25℃で48時間に変更した以外は実施例1と同様にして、シーリングシートを得た。
静置脱泡の条件を液温25℃で72時間に変更した以外は実施例1と同様にして粘着剤組成物を調製した。この粘着剤組成物を、厚み135μmのPTFE製シートに、加熱処理後の厚みが800μmとなるように塗布し、その上にポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム製離型シートの剥離処理面を重ねて、130℃で、10分間加熱処理して、総厚みが935μmのシーリングシートを完成させた。
粘着付与樹脂(ロジンペンタエリスリトール)を使用せず、難燃剤であるトリクレジルホスフェート(TCP)の配合量を20重量部に変更し、脱泡処理を、真空装置付攪拌装置による液温25℃、3kPa以下の減圧下での2時間程度の減圧脱泡処理に変更した以外は実施例1と同様にして粘着剤組成物を調製した。この粘着剤組成物を使用して、実施例1と同様にして、第1の粘着シート及び第2の粘着シートを形成し、第2の粘着シートの離型シートを剥離して粘着層を露出させ、その粘着層を第1の粘着シートのポリプロピレンフィルムに貼り合わせて、シーリングシートを完成させた。
粘着付与樹脂(ロジンペンタエリスリトール)の配合量を15重量部に変更し、脱泡処理を、真空装置付攪拌装置による液温25℃、3kPa以下の減圧下での2時間程度の減圧脱泡処理に変更した以外は実施例1と同様にして粘着剤組成物を調製した。この粘着剤組成物を使用して、実施例1と同様にして、第1の粘着シート及び第2の粘着シートを形成し、第2の粘着シートの離型シートを剥離して粘着層を露出させ、その粘着層を第1の粘着シートのポリプロピレンフィルムに貼り合わせて、シーリングシートを完成させた。
静置脱泡の条件を液温25℃で24時間に変更した以外は実施例1と同様にして、シーリングシートを得た。

Claims (18)
- 難燃剤含有ポリオキシアルキレン系粘着層を備えた難燃性粘着シートを含んでなるシーリングシートであって、該難燃剤含有ポリオキシアルキレン系粘着層における気泡率が5〜40%であることを特徴とする、シーリングシート。
- 難燃剤含有ポリオキシアルキレン系粘着層が、下記A〜D成分を含む組成物の硬化物層である、請求項1記載のシーリングシート。
A:1分子中に少なくとも1個のアルケニル基を有するポリオキシアルキレン系重合体
B:1分子中に平均2個以上のヒドロシリル基を有する化合物
C:ヒドロシリル化触媒
D:難燃剤 - 難燃剤含有ポリオキシアルキレン系粘着層が粘着付与樹脂を含有する、請求項1又は2記載のシーリングシート。
- 難燃性粘着シートが、難燃剤含有ポリオキシアルキレン系粘着層/芯体フィルム/難燃剤含有ポリオキシアルキレン系粘着層の順に積層された粘着シートである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載のシーリングシート。
- 芯体フィルムがプラスチックフィルムからなる、請求項4記載のシーリングシート。
- 難燃性粘着シートが、単一の難燃剤含有ポリオキシアルキレン系粘着層からなる粘着シートであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載のシーリングシート。
- 難燃性粘着シートの片面に基材シートが積層されてなる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載のシーリングシート。
- 基材シートがフッ素樹脂シートである、請求項7記載のシーリングシート。
- 難燃剤がノンハロゲン系難燃剤である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載のシーリングシート。
- ノンハロゲン系難燃剤がリン系難燃剤である、請求項9記載のシーリングシート。
- 気泡率が5〜40%である難燃剤含有ポリオキシアルキレン系粘着層を備える難燃性粘着シートを含むシーリングシートにより、金属材料を湿気、水または塩水から隔絶する、金属材料の腐食防止方法。
- 金属材料がジュラルミン板である、請求項11記載の方法。
- 難燃剤含有ポリオキシアルキレン系粘着層が、下記A〜D成分を含む組成物の硬化物層である、請求項11記載の方法。
A:1分子中に少なくとも1個のアルケニル基を有するポリオキシアルキレン系重合体
B:1分子中に平均2個以上のヒドロシリル基を有する化合物
C:ヒドロシリル化触媒
D:難燃剤 - シーリングシートが、難燃性粘着シートの片面に基材シートが積層されたものである、請求項11〜13のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 基材シートがフッ素樹脂シートである、請求項14記載の方法。
- 難燃性粘着シートが、単一の難燃剤含有ポリオキシアルキレン系粘着層からなる粘着シートである、請求項11〜15のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 難燃性粘着シートが、難燃剤含有ポリオキシアルキレン系粘着層/芯体フィルム/難燃剤含有ポリオキシアルキレン系粘着層の順に積層された粘着シートである、請求項11〜15のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 難燃剤含有ポリオキシアルキレン系粘着層が粘着付与樹脂を含有する、請求項11〜17のいずれか1項記載の方法。
