Claims (4)
- 回転する一対の貼合ロールの間に、第1の光学フィルムと、前記第1の光学フィルムの片面側又は両面側に接着剤層又は粘着剤層を介して配置した第2の光学フィルムと、を導入し、前記一対の貼合ロールによって前記第1の光学フィルムと前記第2の光学フィルムとを加圧して貼合する、積層光学フィルムの製造方法であって、
前記第1の光学フィルム及び前記第2の光学フィルムの少なくとも一方は、幅方向の縁部にナーリング部を有し、
前記一対の貼合ロールは、前記ナーリング部を加圧することを避けながら前記第1の光学フィルムと前記第2の光学フィルムとを貼合する、積層光学フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記一対の貼合ロールは、少なくとも一方の貼合ロールが弾性ロールである、請求項1記載の積層光学フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記第1の光学フィルムと前記第2の光学フィルムとは、前記接着剤層を介して貼合され、
前記一対の貼合ロールの延在方向における前記接着剤層の幅は、前記第1の光学フィルムの幅よりも広い、請求項1又は2記載の積層光学フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記一対の貼合ロールは、前記ナーリング部に接触することを避けるようにして前記第1の光学フィルムと前記第2の光学フィルムとを貼合する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の積層光学フィルムの製造方法。
