Description
Claims (11)
- 第1の造影剤を関心領域の中に含んでいる、対象者の内部の前記関心領域を撮像するために、第1の放射線を用いるコンピュータ断層撮影イメージングシステムと、
前記関心領域の中の第2の造影剤を撮像するために、第2の放射線を用いる光音響イメージングシステムであって、前記第2の放射線の照射に応じて、前記関心領域の中の第2の造影剤から放たれる音響信号を受信する受信部によって生成される前記音響信号を示す信号が基準閾値と比較され、前記基準閾値を満たす前記信号に基づき光音響識別部によって生成されるトリガ信号が、前記コンピュータ断層撮影イメージングシステムに、前記関心領域の中に前記第1の造影剤を含んでいる前記関心領域をスキャンさせるように用いられる、光音響イメージングシステムと、
を含む、システム。 - 前記第2の造影剤は光音響造影剤である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記光音響イメージングシステムは、
前記第2の造影剤を励起する光信号を放射する光源であって、前記第2の造影剤は前記光信号によって励起されたことに応じて音響信号を放つ、光源と、
前記音響信号を受信する受信部と、
を含む、請求項1乃至2のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記光源はレーザを含み、前記受信部は超音波受信部を含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記光音響イメージングシステムは、
前記トリガ信号を生成する光音響識別部をさらに含む、請求項3乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記光音響イメージングシステムは、
前記関心領域を横切る超音波信号を送信する超音波送信部であって、前記受信部は前記超音波信号に応じて生成されたエコー信号を受信する、超音波送信部と、
前記エコー信号を処理し、前記関心領域の構造的な画像を生成する、画像処理部と、
をさらに含む、請求項4又は5に記載のシステム。 - 前記画像処理部は前記関心領域の中の前記第2の造影剤の画像を前記音響信号に基づいて生成する、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の造影剤はインドシアニン・グリーンに基づく造影剤を含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記光音響イメージングシステムによる前記関心領域のスキャンは、前記関心領域において前記第1の造影剤のピーク摂取を捉える、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の放射線は電離放射線であり、前記第1の造影剤は放射性薬剤であり、前記第2の放射線は非電離放射線であり、前記第2の造影剤は非放射性薬剤である、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- プロセッサと光音響イメージングシステムとコンピュータ断層撮影イメージングシステムとを含むシステムの作動方法であって、
前記光音響イメージングシステムの超音波受信部が、第2の放射線の照射に応じて対象者の内部の関心領域の光音響造影剤から放たれる音響信号を受信して、前記音響信号を示す信号を生成し、当該作動方法は、
前記プロセッサが、前記光音響イメージングシステムの光音響識別部に、前記光音響イメージングシステムの超音波受信部によって生成される前記音響信号を示す信号を基準閾値と比較させ、前記基準閾値を満たす前記信号に基づき、前記コンピュータ断層撮影イメージングシステムに、第1の放射線を用いて、前記関心領域の中に第1の造影剤を含んでいる前記関心領域をスキャンさせるためのトリガ信号を生成させるステップを含む、作動方法。
