- 多軸骨固定装置であって、
骨に固定するための軸(2)と、最大外径(E)を含む球形外面部分を有する頭部(3)とを備える固定要素(1)と、
頂端部(5a)および底端部(5b)と、ロッドを受けるためのチャネル(12)と、頂端部(5a)から底端部(5b)の方向に延在し、ボア軸(C)を有するボア(51)と、底端部に頭部を受けるための、球形の座部(52)とを備える受け部(5)と、
頭部の上のボア内に配置された圧力要素(6)とを含み、圧力要素(6)は、頭部(3)の球形外面部分と接触する頭部接触面部分(62,63)を有し、頭部接触面部分は、軸方向に、頭部(3)の前記球形外面部分に沿って、頭部(3)の最大外径(E)を含む領域を越えて延在する、少なくとも周方向に離れた2つの突起(63)を含み、
頭部(3)は、受け部(5)に対して回動可能であり、圧力要素(6)を介して頭部に圧力を加えることによって角度をなして固定することができ、
圧力要素(6)は、頭部(3)上に設置されるまで、前記球形外面部分と前記突起との間の摩擦によって頭部をクランプして締めるように、頭部(3)に比べて突起(63)の所定の領域のみで小さな寸法を有し、突起(63)の前記所定の領域は、前記頭部の最大外形(E)よりも小さい内径(D 2 )を有する球形部分(63b)を有し、少なくとも該球形部分(63b)が頭部(3)の最大外形(E)の領域を越えて延在し、
前記突起は、前記受け部に設けられた収容スペース(55)の中に少なくとも部分的に延在する、多軸骨固定装置。 - 収容スペースは、座部(52)の複数の凹部(55)により形成される、請求項1に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 突起(63)は各々、頭部の最大外径(E)と同じまたはわずかに大きい球内径を有する第1球形部分(63a)と頭部の最大外径(E)より小さい球状の前記内径(D 2 )を有する第2球形部分(63b)とを有し、少なくとも第2球形部分(63b)は、前記突起(63)の自由端まで延びるとともに、前記圧力要素(6)が頭部(3)に設置されるときに、頭部の最大外径(E)を有する領域を越えて延在する、請求項1または2に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 圧力要素(6)は、実質的に円筒形であり、頂端部(6a)と底端部(6b)とを有し、前記圧力要素(6)はその下端部に頭部に面する球形凹部(62)を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 突起(63)を除いて頭部接触面部分(62)は、頭部(3)の直径と同じまたはわずかに大きい内径を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記収容スペース(55)は、突起(63)を広げるための空間を与える形状を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 圧力要素が頭部(3)上に設置されるときに、突起(63)は収容スペース(55)の内壁と接触しない、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 凹部(55)は球形の形状を有する、請求項2から7のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 凹部(55)の数は突起(63)の数と一致する、請求項2から8のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 突起(63)は、実質的に自由端に向かって狭くなるV字状の輪郭を有する、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 受け部(5)は、ロッド受けチャネル(53)を有し、
圧力要素(6)は、ロッド受けチャネル(61)を有し、
受け部のロッド受けチャネルと圧力要素のロッド受けチャネルとが位置合わせされるときに、突起(63)が凹部(55)の位置に配置される、請求項2から10のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。 - 受け部(5)と協働して頭部(3)を座部(52)にロックし、ロッド(100)をチャネル(12)に固定するロック装置(7)が設けられる、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 周方向に等間隔で離れた複数の突起が設けられた、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 2つの突起(63)が設けられて、頭部を両側からクランプする、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
