Description
圧力要素は、スナップリング8が圧力要素の溝64に嵌まり込むまで押し下げられる。スナップリングが溝64に収容されると、圧力要素を取外す、すなわちスナップリングを溝64から取出す、のにより大きな力が必要となる。というのも、溝64,57の上方部分が止め部としての役割を果たすからである。したがって、圧力要素が脱落する可能性がなくなり、特定の工具を使わなければ第1の端部51から取外すこともできなくなる。このため、圧力要素とねじ要素とは一方向に組立てられる。
Claims (8)
- 骨固定装置であって、
骨に固定するための軸(3)と頭部(4)とを有する固定要素(2)と、
頭部(4)を受け、固定要素に接続されるべきロッド(20)を受けるための受け部(5′)とを含み、前記受け部は、一体型に形成され、上端部(51)と、底端部(52)と、上端部から底端部にまで延在するボア(53)と、上端部に隣接し、ロッドを受けるための実質的にU字型のチャネル(55)と、底端部に隣接し、頭部を収容するための座部(54)とを備え、前記固定要素は上端部(51)から挿入されるものであり、前記骨固定装置はさらに、
頭部に圧力を加えることのできる圧力要素(6′)を含み、
前記固定要素は、受け部に対して回動可能であり、圧力要素を介して頭部に圧力を加えることによってある角度で固定可能であり、
圧力要素と受け部との間で作用するばね要素(59)が設けられ、ばね要素は、上端部から圧力要素を挿入することを可能にするが、圧力要素が上端部を通って外れるのを阻止し、
前記受け部(5′)の内壁がばね要素(59)を含み、
前記ばね要素が、受け部の壁における凹部(58)の内外へと弾力的に移動可能である少なくとも1つの弾性指部(59)によって形成され、
前記弾性指部(59)が、前記凹部(58)の前記底端部(52)に面する基部から前記上端部(51)の方向に延在しており、
ばね要素が、上端部を通って圧力要素が外れるのを防ぐ停止面(59a)を備える、骨固定装置。 - 骨固定装置であって、
骨に固定するための軸(3)と頭部(4)とを有する固定要素(2)と、

前記固定要素は、受け部に対して回動可能であり、圧力要素を介して頭部に圧力を加えることによってある角度で固定可能であり、
圧力要素と受け部との間で作用するばね要素(59)が設けられ、ばね要素は、上端部から圧力要素を挿入することを可能にするが、圧力要素が上端部を通って外れるのを阻止し、
前記受け部(5′)の内壁がばね要素(59)を含み、
前記ばね要素が、受け部の壁における凹部(58)の内外へと弾力的に移動可能である少なくとも1つの弾性指部(59)によって形成され、
前記弾性指部(59)が、前記凹部(58)の前記底端部(52)に面する基部から前記上端部(51)の方向に延在しており、
ばね要素は傾斜面(59b)を有し、これにより、挿入中に圧力要素がばね要素を徐々に拡張させることが可能となる、骨固定装置。 - 前記指部(59)は、その第1の端部に面するそれぞれの端部において、軸Mに対して実質的に垂直に延在する前記停止面(59a)を有し、
前記停止面(59a)の反対側には、前記上端部(51)に面する傾斜面(59b)が存在し、該傾斜面(59b)は、その傾斜面に沿って圧力要素が摺動できるような摺動面がもたらされるように、下方に傾斜しており、
その結果として、前記ばね要素(59)が挿入方向に非対称である、請求項1に記載の骨固定装置。 - ばね要素および圧力要素(6′)は別個の部品である、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- ばね要素(59)は、圧力要素(6′)を保持位置に移動させることができ、該保持位置において、頭部は回動が可能であり、前記保持位置にあるときに、前記圧力要素(6′)が前記少なくとも1つの弾性指部(59)を通り過ぎて、該弾性指部(59)から弾性力を受け、前記圧力要素(6′)が前記上端部(51)の方向に外れるのが前記停止面(59a)によって防止される、請求項1または3に記載の骨固定装置。
- ばね要素(59)がチャネルの側壁に設けられる、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- 圧力要素は、頭部に僅かな付勢力を加える位置において予め組立てられた状態で配置される、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置を備えるモジュール式システムであって、複数の異なるシャンクおよび/または複数の異なる頭部が設けられている、モジュール式システム。
