Claims (12)
- 骨固定装置であって、
骨に固定するための軸(3)と頭部(4)とを有する固定要素(2)と、
前記頭部(4)を受け、前記固定要素に接続されるべきロッド(20)を受けるための受け部(5,5′)とを含み、前記受け部は、一体型に形成され、上端部(51)と、底端部(52)と、前記上端部から前記底端部にまで延在するボア(53)と、前記上端部に隣接し、ロッドを受けるための実質的にU字型のチャネル(55)と、前記底端部に隣接し、前記頭部を収容するための座部(54)とを備え、前記固定要素は前記上端部(51)から挿入されるものであり、前記骨固定装置はさらに、
前記頭部に圧力を加えることのできる圧力要素(6,6′)を含み、
前記固定要素は、前記受け部に対して回動可能であり、前記圧力要素を介して前記頭部に圧力を加えることによってある角度で固定可能であり、
前記圧力要素と前記受け部との間で作用するばね要素(8,8′,59)が設けられ、該ばね要素は、前記上端部から前記圧力要素を挿入することを可能にするが、前記圧力要素が前記上端部を通って外れるのを阻止し、
前記ばね要素(8,8′)が、前記圧力要素の溝(64)および前記受け部の溝(57)に挿入される弾性リングであり、
前記弾性リングの内径が前記上端部に面する側ではより大きく、前記底端部に面する側ではより小さく、
前記弾性リングの内面(84)が、前記上端部と前記底端部との間の少なくとも一部において傾斜している、骨固定装置。 - 前記ばね要素および前記圧力要素(6,6′)は別個の部品である、請求項1に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記ばね要素(8,8′,59)は、前記圧力要素(6,6′)を保持位置に移動させることができ、それでも前記頭部の回動が可能となるように設計される、請求項1または2に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記圧力要素(6)の前記溝(64)が、前記弾性リングのばね力に抗して、保持位置において前記弾性リングの外周部分と嵌まり合う、請求項3に記載の骨固定装置。
- 弾性リングが1つのスリット(83)を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- リングが円形であるか、または星型などの波形を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- 受け部(5′)の内壁がばね要素(59)を含む、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- ばね要素(59)がチャネルの側壁に設けられる、請求項7に記載の骨固定装置。
- ばね要素が、上端部を通って圧力要素が外れるのを防ぐ停止面(64,57,59a)を備える、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- ばね要素は傾斜面(84,59b)を有し、これにより、挿入中に圧力要素がばね要素を徐々に拡張させることが可能となる、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- 圧力要素は、頭部に僅かな付勢力を加える位置において予め組立てられた状態で配置される、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
