Claims (2)
- 圧延により製造されたシームレス管、或いはハーフシェルを形成するように変形された複数の金属薄板又は変形された1つの金属薄板又はコイルから繰り出された金属帯材から製造された、縦シーム溶接された管の内部を光学式に測定する方法であって、管(3)の内部でレーザビーム(10)を送出するセンサ手段(9)と、レーザトラッカー(12)とを設け、前記センサ手段(9)を、前記管(3)を通して水平方向に移動させるものにおいて、
移動経路終端部において固定位置で前記センサ手段(9)に直線上で対向して位置するように設けられたレーザトラッカー(12)が、そのレーザ光線(13)でもって前記管(3)の空間内の前記センサ手段(9)のその時々の位置を追跡し且つ前記センサ手段(9)の真直からのずれを検出し、前記センサ手段(9)のレーザ測定との組み合わせに基づいて、前記管(3)の内部輪郭(15)を測定し、該測定に際して、前記レーザ光線(13)は、前記センサ手段(9)に配置されたリフレクタ(14)により反射されて前記レーザトラッカー(12)に戻され、
前記センサ手段(9)が、前記管(3)を通って移動する搬送手段(5)に配置されており、前記搬送手段(5)は、駆動される摺動手段(7)を介して移動可能であることを特徴とする、管の内部を光学式に測定する方法。 - 縦シーム溶接された管(3)では、移動可能な前記センサ手段(9)により内部溶接シームの輪郭と、隙間のない一貫性を測定する、請求項1記載の方法。
