(1)前記カラーを前記第1のアダプタのハウジングに対して回転させ且つ(2)前記ハウジングのリブを前記カラーの通し部分と位置合わせするために前記第4のアダプタのガイドピンが前記カラーのそれぞれの螺旋トラックの中に入るように、前記第4のアダプタ雄ステムを前記ハウジングの開放遠位端の中に前進させることと、
前記第4のアダプタ雄ステムを前記ハウジングの開放遠位端の中にさらに前進させて、前記カラーを近位方向に動かすことで、前記当接するシールを前記針の先端が貫通するまで前記シャトルを近位方向に動かし、それにより、前記第1のアダプタが前記開放状態にあり、且つ前記シリンジを前記第4のアダプタと流体的に相互接続することと、
によって前記閉鎖状態から前記開放状態に移動可能である、
請求項4に記載の閉じた流体移送システム。 - 前記シリンジが前記第1のアダプタに接続されるときに、及び前記第1のアダプタが前記第2のアダプタに接続されるときに、前記第1のアダプタの針の先端が前記第1のアダプタ及び前記第2のアダプタの当接するシールを貫通し、前記第2のアダプタが前記I.V.バッグに接続されるときに、前記シリンジが前記I.V.バッグとの閉じた流体連通状態にある、請求項8に記載の閉じた流体移送システム。
- 前記第1のアダプタが、
少なくとも1つの係止アームを含むカラーであって、前記係止アームが、前記カラーの周りに半径方向に延び、各係止アームが、前記カラーと一体の第1の端及び半径方向外向きに延びる歯を画定し且つ前記ハウジングの長手方向に延びるリブと接触するように寸法設定されている第2の自由端を含む、カラーと、
比較的より大きい直径の近位部及び比較的より小さい直径の遠位部を含むシャトルと、
を有するロックアウトシステムを含み、
前記シャトルが最遠位位置にあるときに、各係止アームが前記シャトルの比較的より大きい直径の部分と見当合わせされ、これにより、各係止アームが半径方向内向きに偏向するのを抑制し、
前記シャトルが近位方向に動かされるときに、前記シャトルの比較的より小さい直径の部分が各係止アームと見当合わせされた状態に動かされ、これにより、各係止アームが半径方向内向きに偏向することを可能にし、且つ前記カラーが回転することを可能にする、
