Description
前記最外側のガラス織物層は、直径が約4μm〜約40μmであるガラス繊維を含むことができる。
前記ガラス繊維は、E‐ガラス(Electrical‐Glass)、C‐ガラス(Chemical‐Glass)またはE‐CRガラス(Electrical‐Corroision Resistant Glass)であることができる。
本発明の一具現例において、外部から最外側のガラス織物層、表面保護層および接着層の積層構造を含む真空断熱材用外被材を提供する。前記真空断熱材用外被材は、前記表面保護層の上部または下部に設けられた金属バリアー層を含むことができる。
本発明の他の具現例において、ヒュームドシリカ粉体50重量%〜90重量%およびガラス繊維10重量%〜50重量%を含む1層以上のガラス繊維板と、前記ガラス繊維板を挿入する外部から最外側のガラス織物層、表面保護層および接着層の積層構造を含む真空断熱材用外被材と、を含む真空断熱材を提供する。
(実施例1)
まず、孔隙径が60nmであり、孔隙率が80%であるヒュームドシリカ粉体を50重量%使用し、ガラス繊維をバインダーとして50重量%使用して、3層のガラス繊維板を製造した。
前記最外側のガラス織物層の下部に、アルミ箔7μm、ポリ塩化ビニリデン(PVDC)/ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(PET)12μmおよびナイロン(Nylon)フィルム25μmの表面保護層、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)フィルム50μmの接着層を積層して外被材を形成した以外は、前記実施例1と同じ方法で真空断熱材を製造した。
前記最外側のガラス織物層をガラスペーパーに使用した以外は、実施例1と同じ方法で真空断熱材を製造した。
平均直径が4μm〜6μmであるガラス繊維約98重量%を無機バインダーに分散して、3層のガラス繊維板を製造した。次に、直径が10μmであるE‐ガラスを熱溶融紡糸して5デニール厚さのガラスフィラメントを製造し、これを複数本で撚ってガラス繊維糸を製造した後、これを製織して連続したガラス繊維織物に形成して最外側のガラス織物層を製造し、前記最外側のガラス織物層の下部にポリ塩化ビニリデン(PVDC)/ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(PET)12μmおよびナイロンフィルム25μmの表面保護層、アルミ箔7μmおよび直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)フィルム50μmの接着層を積層して外被材を形成した。前記最外側のガラス織物層および表面保護層は、三酸化アンチモンが約10重量%含まれたポリウレタン系樹脂を用いて接着された。
最外側の織物層を含まない以外は、前記実施例1と同様にして真空断熱材を製造した。
直径が約0.1μm〜約15μmであるガラス繊維を無機バインダー(水ガラス)に分散してガラス繊維板を製造し、厚さが5mmであるガラス繊維板を30層に積層して使用した以外は、前記実施例1と同様にして真空断熱材を製造した。
純度95%の生石灰(CaO)25gをパウチに入れて製造したゲッター剤を使用する以外は、前記実施例2と同様にして真空断熱材を製造した。
1)ライターの火の試験:実施例1〜3および比較例1の真空断熱材外被材をUL94‐V(垂直燃焼法)の方法によりライターの火の試験に対する消火時間を測定した。
2)水平燃焼(Horizontal Burning)試験l:実施例1〜3および比較例1の真空断熱材外被材をUL94‐HBの方法により燃焼速度を測定した。
前記実施例および比較例による真空断熱材を85℃の恒温室にそれぞれ入れて3ヶ月間維持しながら、HC‐074‐200(EKO社製)熱伝導測定機を使用して熱伝導率を測定した。
Claims (21)
- 外部から最外側のガラス織物層、表面保護層および接着層、さらに前記表面保護層の上部または下部に設けられた金属バリアー層の積層構造を含み、
前記最外側のガラス織物層と前記表面保護層との接着または前記最外側のガラス織物層と前記金属バリアー層との接着は、リン系化合物、窒素化合物、ホウ素化合物、三酸化アンチモン、水酸化アルミニウム、水酸化マグネシウムおよびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される一つ以上を含むポリウレタン系樹脂またはポリエステル樹脂により行われる、真空断熱材用外被材。 - 前記最外側のガラス織物層は、直径が4μm〜40μmであるガラス繊維を含む、請求項1に記載の真空断熱材用外被材。
- 前記ガラス繊維は、E‐ガラス(Electrical‐Glass)、C‐ガラス(Chemical‐Glass)またはE‐CRガラス(Electrical‐Corroision Resistant Glass)である、請求項2に記載の真空断熱材用外被材。
- 前記最外側のガラス織物層は、ガラス繊維を熱溶融紡糸して製造されたガラスフィラメントを撚って形成されたガラス繊維糸を含むか、前記ガラス繊維糸を製織して形成されたガラス繊維織物を含むか、前記ガラス繊維織物が前記ガラス繊維糸で連結されて形成されたガラス繊維マットを含む、請求項1に記載の真空断熱材用外被材。
- 前記最外側のガラス織物層は、ガラスペーパーを含む、請求項1に記載の真空断熱材用外被材。
- 前記最外側のガラス織物層は、組織構造が、平織、綾織、朱子織、からみ織または擬紗織である、請求項1に記載の真空断熱材用外被材。
- 前記最外側のガラス織物層の厚さは0.1mm〜3mmである、請求項1に記載の真空断熱材用外被材。
- 前記ポリウレタン系樹脂またはポリエステル樹脂は、リン系化合物、窒素化合物、ホウ素化合物、三酸化アンチモン、水酸化アルミニウム、水酸化マグネシウムおよびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される一つ以上を3重量%〜60重量%含む、請求項1に記載の真空断熱材用外被材。
- 前記表面保護層は、ポリエチレンテレフタレートおよびナイロンフィルムの積層構造を含む、請求項1に記載の真空断熱材用外被材。
- 前記ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムの上部にはビニル系樹脂がコーティングされている、請求項9に記載の真空断熱材用外被材。
- 前記ビニル系樹脂は、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、ポリ酢酸ビニル(PVA)、ポリビニルアルコール(PVAL)、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、ポリ塩化ビニリデン(PVDC)およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される一つ以上である、請求項10に記載の真空断熱材用外被材。
- 前記金属バリアー層は、アルミ箔(Foil)を含む、請求項1に記載の真空断熱材用外被材。
- 前記接着層は、高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)、無延伸ポリプロピレン(CPP)、延伸ポリプロピレン(OPP)、ポリ塩化ビニリデン(PVDC)、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、エチレン‐酢酸ビニル共重合体(EVA)、エチレン‐ビニルアルコール共重合体(EVOH)およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される一つ以上である、請求項1に記載の真空断熱材用外被材。
- ヒュームドシリカ粉体50重量%〜90重量%およびガラス繊維10重量%〜50重量%を含む1層以上のガラス繊維板と、
前記ガラス繊維板を挿入する請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の外被材と、を含む、真空断熱材。 - 前記ガラス繊維は、直径が0.1μm〜20μmである、請求項14に記載の真空断熱材。
- 前記ガラス繊維板の孔隙径が15μm〜30μmであり、孔隙率が80%〜95%である、請求項14に記載の真空断熱材。
- ガラス繊維を85重量%〜100重量%含む1層以上のガラス繊維板と、
前記ガラス繊維板に付着または挿入されるゲッター剤と、
前記ガラス繊維板を挿入する請求項1に記載の外被材と、を含む、真空断熱材。 - 前記ゲッター剤は、
生石灰粉末と、
Ba、Li、Zr、Coおよびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される合金と、を含む、請求項17に記載の真空断熱材。 - 前記合金全重量に対して生石灰粉末を1重量%〜25重量%含む、請求項18に記載の真空断熱材。
- 前記真空断熱材が一つ以上のスルーホールを含む、請求項14または17に記載の真空断熱材。
- 前記スルーホールが多角形、円形、楕円形およびこれらを組み合わせた形状を有する、請求項20に記載の真空断熱材。
