本发明提出的一种高性能硅气凝胶保温毡,包括保温毡主体,保温毡主体包括基体、复合纤维层和反光隔温布,复合纤维层由多层复合纤维布构成,复合纤维布由复合纤维编织而成,复合纤维由玻璃纤维和陶瓷纤维混合而成,反光隔温布包括反光布和防火填料,防火填料填充与反光布内;本发明结构简单,设计合理,采用多层结构,不仅防止了气凝胶颗粒的脱落,外层的反光隔温布在反光隔温的同时,具备一定的防火性能,安全性更高,同时,复合纤维层与基体互相配合,保温效果更为显著。

技术领域
本发明涉及气凝胶生产应用领域,特别是一种高性能硅气凝胶保温毡。
背景技术
气凝胶是在保持凝胶骨架结构完整的情况下,将凝胶内溶剂干燥后的产物,其是一种具有纳米多孔结构的非晶态低密度材料。二氧化硅气凝胶又被称作“蓝烟”、“固体烟”,是目前已知的最轻的固体材料,也是迄今为止保温性能最好的材料,被誉为“改变世界的神奇材料”。
硅气凝胶由于其强度低、脆性大,存在颗粒脱落的现象,导致使用时,受到很多限制。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,公开了一种高性能硅气凝胶保温毡。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种高性能硅气凝胶保温毡,包括保温毡主体,其特征在于,所述保温毡主体包括由硅气凝胶构成的基体、包覆于基体两侧的复合纤维层以及复合纤维层外的反光隔温布;
所述复合纤维层由多层复合纤维布构成,所述复合纤维布互相堆叠,复合纤维布由复合纤维以十字编织法编织而成,所述复合纤维呈束状,由玻璃纤维和陶瓷纤维混合而成;
所述反光隔温布通过环氧树脂粘接于复合纤维层的外层,反光隔温布包括2层反光布和反光布之间的防火填料,所述2层反光布通过芳纶材质的防火阻燃线缝合,并构成多个六边形的填料空腔,所述防火填料填充于填料空腔内;
进一步的,所述复合纤维层中的复合纤维布至少为3层;
进一步的,所述复合纤维布呈网格状;
进一步的,所述复合纤维中,玻璃纤维和陶瓷纤维的质量比为1:3。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明提出的一种高性能硅气凝胶保温毡,包括保温毡主体,保温毡主体包括基体、复合纤维层和反光隔温布,复合纤维层由多层复合纤维布构成,复合纤维布由复合纤维编织而成,复合纤维由玻璃纤维和陶瓷纤维混合而成,反光隔温布包括反光布和防火填料,防火填料填充与反光布内;本发明结构简单,设计合理,采用多层结构,不仅防止了气凝胶颗粒的脱落,外层的反光隔温布在反光隔温的同时,具备一定的防火性能,安全性更高,同时,复合纤维层与基体互相配合,保温效果更为显著。

如图所示的一种高性能硅气凝胶保温毡,包括保温毡主体1,其特征在于,所述保温毡主体1包括由硅气凝胶构成的基体2、包覆于基体2两侧的复合纤维层3以及复合纤维层3外的反光隔温布4;
所述复合纤维层3由多层复合纤维布5构成,所述复合纤维布5互相堆叠,复合纤维布5由复合纤维6以十字编织法编织而成,所述复合纤维6呈束状,由玻璃纤维和陶瓷纤维混合而成;
所述反光隔温布4通过环氧树脂粘接于复合纤维层3的外层,反光隔温布4包括2层反光布7和反光布7之间的防火填料8,所述2层反光布7通过芳纶材质的防火阻燃线缝合,并构成多个六边形的填料空腔9,所述防火填料8填充于填料空腔9内;
进一步的,所述复合纤维层3中的复合纤维布5至少为3层;
进一步的,所述复合纤维布5呈网格状;
进一步的,所述复合纤维中,玻璃纤维和陶瓷纤维的质量比为1:3。

1.一种高性能硅气凝胶保温毡,包括保温毡主体,其特征在于,所述保温毡主体包括由硅气凝胶构成的基体、包覆于基体两侧的复合纤维层以及复合纤维层外的反光隔温布;
所述复合纤维层由多层复合纤维布构成,所述复合纤维布互相堆叠,复合纤维布由复合纤维以十字编织法编织而成,所述复合纤维呈束状,由玻璃纤维和陶瓷纤维混合而成;
所述反光隔温布通过环氧树脂粘接于复合纤维层的外层,反光隔温布包括2层反光布和反光布之间的防火填料,所述2层反光布通过芳纶材质的防火阻燃线缝合,并构成多个六边形的填料空腔,所述防火填料填充于填料空腔内。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高性能硅气凝胶保温毡,其特征在于,所述复合纤维层中的复合纤维布至少为3层。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种高性能硅气凝胶保温毡,其特征在于,所述复合纤维布呈网格状。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种高性能硅气凝胶保温毡,其特征在于,所述复合纤维中,玻璃纤维和陶瓷纤维的质量比为1:3。
