Description
8によって誘導されて、外側骨片2を通して、内側骨片3内に孔あけされている。誘導ワイヤー7は、骨片2,3中の骨ネジ5のための孔あけ用ドリルを誘導することを意図されたものである。本発明によると、誘導ワイヤー7用の誘導スリーブ8は、板を通して走っている、そしてその目的のために雄ねじが付けられた前方端部10を有するねじ山付き孔9中に好ましくはしっかりとねじ込まれることによって、緊締板4中に適用される(それが板4からねじをゆるめられた時の誘導スリーブ8が描かれた図2を参照)。この雄ねじが付けられた前方端部10は勿論、緊締板4中のねじ山付き孔9の直径、つまり好ましくは約9〜10mmに対応する外径を有する。
Claims (10)
- 大腿骨頚部の骨折での骨片の固定デバイスであって、
デバイスが少なくとも二つの固定手段(5,6)、緊締板(4)を含み、
少なくとも2つの固定手段(5,6)の各々が第一の固定部分(19)、第二の固定部分(21)及び中間部分(22)を有し、
第一の固定部分(19)は、内側骨片(3)に前記固定手段を固定するために構成されている、
第二の固定部分(21)は、緊締板(4)のねじ山を有する実質的に平行な孔(9)に前記固定手段をロックするためのねじ山を有する、前記緊締板(4)は外側骨片(2)と固定接続することなく、外側骨片(2)の外側表面の係合のため構成される、及び
前記中間部分(22)は、第一と第二の固定部分間に位置し、外側骨片を通して延び、かつ内側骨片と外側骨片の手術後の圧縮中に外側骨片が少なくとも2つの実質的に平行な固定手段に対してスライド運動可能とするように構成されている、それにより、緊締板に対して隣接を止めるように外側骨片の動きを引き起こさせ、手術後の圧縮中に固定手段と骨片に適用される下方向及び後方向に向かう回転力によっても、緊締板(4)に対する固定手段及び固定手段相互の角度位置に影響させない、その結果、骨片相互の角度配置に影響させない、
上記固定デバイス。 - デバイスが3つの固定手段(5,6)及び緊締板(4)を含む、その緊締板(4)は、孔(9)に固定手段をロックするための3つの実質的に平行なねじ山を有する孔(9)を有するように構成される、前記孔(9)は、実質的に三角形パターンに配置されている、請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 固定手段(5、6)のみならず、骨片(2、3)に固定手段用の孔(18、23)をあけるために意図されたドリル(13、17)の誘導用誘導スリーブ(11)、及び/又は孔あけ中に該ドリル(13)を誘導するために意図された誘導ワイヤー(7)の誘導用誘導スリーブ(8)もしっかりとねじ込み得るように緊締板(4)が構成されている、請求項1又は2記載のデバイス。
- ねじ山付き孔(9)のねじ山が、固定手段(5、6)をねじ込むためと、誘導スリーブ(8、11)をねじ込むためと同じである、請求項3記載のデバイス。
- ねじ山付き孔(9)は、固定手段(5、6)が第二の固定部分(21)のねじ山付き後端部を除いて孔(9)を通過するのを許容し、前記ねじ山付き後端部が該孔(9)のねじ山と接触するように構成されている、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 固定手段(5、6)の各々が、骨ネジのねじ山付き前端部分(19)の形を有する第一固定部分と共に一体的に構成された骨ネジの形を取る、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 少なくとも二つの固定手段(5、6)の各々が、スリーブ及びスリーブの中に配置されたピンを含む骨釘の形をとり、そのピンは、ピンの少なくとも一つの前方部分がスリーブの少なくとも一つの側部開口部を通して外向きに駆動できるように、スリーブ中において動くために配置され、ピンの前方部分が内側骨片(3)に係合する少なくとも一つのフックの形で第一の固定部分を構成する、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 骨釘(1)が、駆動中に、ピンの前方部分が内側骨片の中央部分に係合させるように構成され又は適用される、請求項7に記載のデバイス。
- 骨釘の第二固定部分が、スリーブの緊締板側の後方端部に構成され、駆動中に、ピンの前方部分が、内側骨片の中央部分に係合させるように配列され及び/又は構成される、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- 第二固定部分のねじ山が、骨釘のスリーブの後方端部に構成され、また駆動中に、ピンの前方部分が、内側骨片の中央部分に係合させるように配列され及び/又は構成される、請求項7〜9の何れか1項に記載のデバイス。
