Description
Claims (7)
- 回転力に対抗する骨折での骨片の固定デバイスであって、
このデバイスが少なくとも二つの固定手段(5,6)、緊締板(4)を含み
少なくとも2つの固定手段(5,6)が、各々、内側骨片(3)における少なくとも2つの固定手段を固定するために構成されている第一固定部分(19)、
緊締板(4)が、少なくとも2つの固定手段が緊締板に対して相対的に及び互いに相対的にその角度位置を変化することを防げるように、外側骨片(2)と固定接続することなく、かつ緊締板(4)に対して相対的に外側骨片の動きを許すことなく、外側骨片(2)の外側表面に配列され、構成されている、少なくとも2つの固定手段をロックするための第二固定部分(21)、及び、
第一と第二の固定部分間に存在し、外側骨片を通して延びる中間部分(22)であって、
その中間部分が、外側骨片と内側骨片の二次的圧縮中に外側骨片が、緊締板から離れるように中間部分に沿って内向きに、かつ少なくとも2つの固定手段が固定され構成される内側骨片に向かって内向きにスライド可能であり、そして同時に、少なくとも2つの固定手段がロックされる緊締板に対して外側骨片の隣接を止め、そのことによって外側骨片及び緊締板の間のスペース(24)が規定され、
各固定手段(5、6)の第二固定部分が固定手段のねじ山付き後端部(21)の形を取り、そして緊締板(4)が、緊締板を通して延びており、各固定手段のねじ山付き後端部をしっかりとねじ込むためのねじ山を持つ孔(9)を有し、
固定手段(5、6)のみならず、骨片(2、3)中の固定手段用の孔(18、23)をあけるために意図されたドリル(13、17)の誘導用誘導スリーブ(11)、及び/又は孔あけ中に該ドリル(13)を誘導するために意図された誘導ワイヤー(7)の誘導用誘導スリーブ(8)もしっかりとねじ込み得るように緊締板(4)が構成され、
ねじ山付き後端部(21)を除いて、少なくとも二つの固定手段(5、6)が孔を通過するのを許容し、一方で同時にそのねじ山と接触するように構成され、
緊締板(4)においてねじ山を有する孔(9)が、固定手段(5,6)が互いに実質的に平行に延びるように、互いに実質的に平行に延びる、固定デバイス。 - ねじ山付き孔(9)のねじ山が、少なくとも二つの固定手段(5、6)をねじ込み用と、誘導スリーブ(8、11)をねじ込み用と同じである、請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 少なくとも二つの固定手段(5、6)の各々が、骨ネジのねじ山付き前端部分(19)の形を有する第一固定部分と共に一体的に構成された骨ネジの形を取る、請求項1又は2に記載のデバイス。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のデバイスであって、
少なくとも二つの固定手段(5、6)の各々が、スリーブ、及びその中に配列されてスリーブ中で動くために配置されたピンを含む骨釘の形を取り、ピンの少なくとも一つの前部部分が、その前部部分が内側骨片(3)に係合する少なくとも一つのフックの形で第一固定部分を構成する、スリーブの少なくとも一つの側部開口部を通して外向きに駆動できる、デバイス。 - 骨釘(1)が、駆動中に、ピンの前部部分が、内側骨片の中央部分に係合させるように構成され又は適用される、請求項4に記載のデバイス。
- 第二固定部分が、駆動中に、ピンの前部部分が、内側骨片の中央部分に係合させるように配列され及び/又は構成される、請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 骨ネジのねじ山付き後方端部として構成される第二固定部分のねじ山が、駆動中に、ピンの前部部分が、内側骨片の中央部分に係合させるように配列され及び/又は構成される、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
