Description
本発明の第1の形態は、
ガスを内部に収容するタンク本体と、
所定の温度以上に加熱された場合に、前記タンク本体に収容された前記ガスを放出する安全弁と、
前記タンク本体の外部に設置され、前記安全弁に熱を伝える伝導部材と、
前記伝導部材の少なくとも一部を覆い、前記伝導部材と比べて断熱性を有する断熱部材、を備え、
前記伝導部材及び前記断熱部材は、前記タンク本体とは離れた位置に配されており、
前記所定の温度は600度よりも低く、
前記断熱部材の耐熱温度は600度よりも低く、前記所定の温度よりも高い、ガス収容タンクである。
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態におけるタンク50の概略構成を示す説明図である。本実施形態において、タンク50は、燃料電池用のガス収容タンクである。ガスの一例としては水素が挙げられる。タンク50は、タンク本体20と、安全弁13と、伝熱部15とを備える。
図6は、本発明の第2実施形態におけるタンク60の断面の概略構成を示す説明図である。第2実施形態におけるタンク60は、第1実施形態におけるタンク50と比較して、伝熱部15に替えて伝熱部115がタンク本体20の全体を覆う点が異なるが、それ以外は同じである。
図7は、本発明の第3実施形態におけるタンク70の概略構成を示す説明図である。第3実施形態におけるタンク70は、第1実施形態におけるタンク50と比較して、伝熱部15に替えて伝熱部215がタンク本体20の周囲に螺旋状に構成されている点が異なるが、それ以外は同じである。なお、タンク本体20と伝熱部215との間には隙間がある。このようにすることにより、タンク60の周囲に600度以上の熱が発生した場合に、第1実施形態におけるタンク50と比較して、より確実に安全弁13へ熱を伝達することができる。
D1.変形例1:
本実施形態において、伝導部材30の全面に断熱部材40を覆う構成としている。しかし、本発明はこれに限定されない。断熱部材40は、伝導部材30の一部を覆っていればよい。このようにすることにより、断熱部材40が伝導部材30を覆わない場合と比較して、大気への放熱を抑制できる。伝導部材30の一部を断熱部材40が覆う構成としては、例えば、熱が発生する可能性の高い部分に断熱部材40を設けず、それ以外の伝導部材30に断熱部材40を設ける構成が挙げられる。この構成の場合、断熱部材40が設けられていない部分から熱が伝わった場合、迅速に伝導部材30へ熱が伝わり、伝導部材30から安全弁13へ迅速に熱が伝わる。
本実施形態において、伝導部材30は1つである。しかし、本発明はこれに限られず、安全弁13へ熱を伝える伝導部材は複数であってもよい。伝導部材を複数設けることにより、より確実に安全弁13へ熱を伝達できる。
本実施形態において、伝導部材30は、略円柱状に形成されている。しかし、本発明はこれに限られず、伝導部材30は、板状などとしてもよい。

- ガスを内部に収容するタンク本体と、
所定の温度以上に加熱された場合に、前記タンク本体に収容された前記ガスを放出する安全弁と、
前記タンク本体の外部に設置され、前記安全弁に熱を伝える伝導部材と、
前記伝導部材の少なくとも一部を覆い、前記伝導部材と比べて断熱性を有する断熱部材、を備え、
前記伝導部材及び前記断熱部材は、前記タンク本体とは離れた位置に配されており、
前記所定の温度は600度よりも低く、
前記断熱部材の耐熱温度は600度よりも低く、前記所定の温度よりも高い、ガス収容タンク。 - 請求項1に記載のガス収容タンクであって、
前記断熱部材は、非発泡性ゴムまたは非発泡性樹脂から形成される、ガス収容タンク。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載のガス収容タンクであって、
前記伝導部材の一部は、前記タンク本体の胴体部に沿って配置されており、
前記断熱部材は、前記伝導部材の一部であって、前記タンク本体の胴体部に沿って配置された部分を少なくとも覆う、ガス収容タンク。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のガス収容タンクであって、
前記断熱部材は、前記伝導部材の全面を覆う、ガス収容タンク。
