Abstract
本发明公开了一种高压氢气瓶安全释放阀,该高压氢气瓶安全释放阀内设置有压缩弹簧和调节螺帽,通过调节螺帽的上下调整,调节压缩弹簧压紧密封塞的压力,调整氢气瓶内压力达到泄压的上限,调节方便;同时该高压氢气瓶安全释放阀内设置有易熔密封件,温度低于熔点时,易熔密封件凝固保持密封塞密封出气口,防止氢气泄露,温度高于熔点时,易熔密封件熔化,氢气瓶内压力高于设定上限,密封塞会冲开,氢气从排气孔流出至氢气收集的管道,起到泄压作用,防止爆炸事故。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及安全阀技术领域,尤其涉及一种高压氢气瓶安全释放阀。
背景技术
随着人类对能源的需求量日益增长,化石燃料等不可再生能源即将面临着枯竭的危险,而且化石燃料对环境的影响也不能忽视,故而开发和利用新能源成为越来越迫切的要求,而氢气作为一种新能源,是世界公认的清洁能源,越来越受人们的关注。
同时,氢气是一种易燃易爆的气体,其与氟、氧、一氧化碳以及空气混合均有爆炸的危险,而氢气通常被压缩存储在特制的氢气瓶中,从而氢气瓶内的气压往往比较大,顾在氢气瓶存储和使用过程中,若受环境的影响使得氢气瓶内温度和气压过大时,就有可能造成爆炸,从而引发安全事故。
为此,现有也有设计一些氢气瓶安全阀,中国专利公告号CN109099311A,公告日2018年12月28日,公开了一种氢气瓶安全阀,包括接头、安全螺栓、引流罩和爆破片,接头上沿其上下端方向贯穿设有通孔,安全螺栓和引流罩均连接于接头的上端且安全螺栓的头部位于引流罩的内部,接头的上表面、安全螺栓的头部和引流罩的内壁之间形成有容纳腔,引流罩上设有连通于容纳腔的接口,安全螺栓上设有用于连通通孔和容纳腔的孔道,爆破片位于安全螺栓和接头之间用于将通孔和孔道隔开,孔道内填充有易熔合金。当氢气瓶内气压和温度分别达到爆破片的爆破压力和易熔合金的熔点后,该氢气瓶安全阀自动对氢气瓶内氢气进行泄压,得以提高氢气瓶使用的安全性,避免引发安全事故。
但此类氢气瓶安全阀的爆破压力限定,无法调节,适用范围小。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明设计了一种高压氢气瓶安全释放阀。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种高压氢气瓶安全释放阀,包括阀块和阀块上固定安装的泄压阀,泄压阀包括外部的引流罩和内部的阀芯结构,引流罩下端与阀块固定连接,引流罩上端设置有连通内部的泄压出口,泄压出口设置有用于与氢气收集的管道连接的接口,阀芯结构包括安装座、密封塞、易熔密封件、压缩弹簧和调节螺帽,密封塞塞紧密封阀块出气口,安装座安装于密封塞外侧并与阀块固定连接,安装座上螺纹连接有可通过螺纹上下调节的调节螺帽,安装座和调节螺帽内设置有与密封塞处连通的通气通道,调节螺帽内顶部设置有连通外部的排气孔,调节螺帽内顶部与密封塞间固定连接有压缩弹簧,密封塞处外填充有易熔密封件。
作为优选,所述易熔密封件采用易熔合金。
作为优选,所述安装座与阀块螺纹固定连接。
作为优选,所述引流罩下端与阀块螺纹连接。
作为优选,所述排气口的数量为三个且沿圆周均匀横向分布。
作为优选,所述接口处设置有内螺纹。
作为优选,所述引流罩下端外侧与阀块螺纹连接处设置有紧固卡口,紧固卡口上套有密封圈。
作为优选,所述阀块上连接有温度传感器和压力传感器
作为优选,所述阀块上连接有组合阀座。
作为优选,所述密封塞上固定连接有隔离环,隔离环外侧沿圆周均匀设置有通气孔连通隔离环内侧。
本发明的有益效果是:(1)、本发明设置有压缩弹簧和调节螺帽,通过调节螺帽的上下调整,调节压缩弹簧压紧密封塞的压力,调整氢气瓶内压力达到泄压的上限,调节方便;(2)、本发明设置有易熔密封件,温度低于熔点时,易熔密封件凝固保持密封塞密封出气口,防止氢气泄露,温度高于熔点时,易熔密封件熔化,氢气瓶内压力高于设定上限,密封塞会冲开,氢气从排气孔流出至氢气收集的管道,起到泄压作用,防止爆炸事故。

下面通过具体实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的具体描述:
实施例:如附图1-3所示,一种高压氢气瓶安全释放阀,包括阀块1和阀块上固定安装的泄压阀2,泄压阀包括外部的引流罩3和内部的阀芯结构,引流罩下端与阀块固定连接,引流罩上端设置有连通内部的泄压出口11,泄压出口设置有用于与氢气收集的管道连接的接口,阀芯结构包括安装座4、密封塞5、易熔密封件6、压缩弹簧8和调节螺帽9,密封塞塞紧密封阀块出气口,安装座安装于密封塞外侧并与阀块固定连接,安装座上螺纹连接有可通过螺纹上下调节的调节螺帽,安装座和调节螺帽内设置有与密封塞处连通的通气通道,调节螺帽内顶部设置有连通外部的排气孔12,调节螺帽内顶部与密封塞间固定连接有压缩弹簧,密封塞处外填充有易熔密封件。
易熔密封件采用易熔合金。安装座与阀块螺纹固定连接。引流罩下端与阀块螺纹连接。排气口的数量为三个且沿圆周均匀横向分布。接口处设置有内螺纹。引流罩下端外侧与阀块螺纹连接处设置有紧固卡口,紧固卡口上套有密封圈10。阀块上连接有温度传感器和压力传感器。阀块上连接有组合阀座。密封塞上固定连接有隔离环,隔离环外侧沿圆周均匀设置有通气孔7连通隔离环内侧。
该高压氢气瓶安全释放阀使用时,通过调节螺帽的上下调整,调节压缩弹簧压紧密封塞的压力,调整氢气瓶内压力达到泄压的上限,调节方便;该高压氢气瓶安全释放阀设置有易熔密封件,温度低于熔点时,易熔密封件凝固保持密封塞密封出气口,防止氢气泄露,温度高于熔点时,易熔密封件熔化,氢气瓶内压力高于设定上限,密封塞会冲开,氢气从排气孔流出至氢气收集的管道,起到泄压作用,防止爆炸事故。
以上所述的实施例只是本发明的一种较佳的方案,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,在不超出权利要求所记载的技术方案的前提下还有其它的变体及改型。
Claims (10)
1.一种高压氢气瓶安全释放阀,其特征是,其包括阀块和阀块上固定安装的泄压阀,泄压阀包括外部的引流罩和内部的阀芯结构,引流罩下端与阀块固定连接,引流罩上端设置有连通内部的泄压出口,泄压出口设置有用于与氢气收集的管道连接的接口,阀芯结构包括安装座、密封塞、易熔密封件、压缩弹簧和调节螺帽,密封塞塞紧密封阀块出气口,安装座安装于密封塞外侧并与阀块固定连接,安装座上螺纹连接有可通过螺纹上下调节的调节螺帽,安装座和调节螺帽内设置有与密封塞处连通的通气通道,调节螺帽内顶部设置有连通外部的排气孔,调节螺帽内顶部与密封塞间固定连接有压缩弹簧,密封塞处外填充有易熔密封件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高压氢气瓶安全释放阀,其特征是,所述易熔密封件采用易熔合金。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高压氢气瓶安全释放阀,其特征是,所述安装座与阀块螺纹固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高压氢气瓶安全释放阀,其特征是,所述引流罩下端与阀块螺纹连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高压氢气瓶安全释放阀,其特征是,所述排气口的数量为三个且沿圆周均匀横向分布。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高压氢气瓶安全释放阀,其特征是,所述接口处设置有内螺纹。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种高压氢气瓶安全释放阀,其特征是,所述引流罩下端外侧与阀块螺纹连接处设置有紧固卡口,紧固卡口上套有密封圈。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种高压氢气瓶安全释放阀,其特征是,所述阀块上连接有温度传感器和压力传感器。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种高压氢气瓶安全释放阀,其特征是,所述阀块上连接有组合阀座。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种高压氢气瓶安全释放阀,其特征是,所述密封塞上固定连接有隔离环,隔离环外侧沿圆周均匀设置有通气孔连通隔离环内侧。
