・メタン、水素、二酸化炭素、酸化炭素、及び乗り物の燃焼エンジン、工場、又は他の排気源からのその他のガスのような、有害な排ガスの清浄と貯蔵。有害なガスを安全な所に、例えば人口密度の高い地域からガスを安全に処理できる場所へ運ぶ時に、本発明のNCS粒子をその後再生することができる、
・太陽熱吸収装置を単なる暖房から冷暖房の両目的へと変換すること、
・本発明のNCS粒子での屋根レンガ及び屋根被覆パネルにより機能の拡張が達成され、この建築材料は建物への冷暖房の生成のために使用することができる、
・変換太陽熱吸収装置による湿気の多い空気からの飲料水製造、本発明のNCS粒子を有する屋根レンガ及び屋根被覆パネル、
・ファイル保管庫、博物館、及び他の関連場所における精確な湿度の維持、
・消火、特に電子設備での消火、そこでは本発明のNCS粒子が湿度により再生され、再び使用される。
一つの実験では、95部のLiBr(32重量%)の水溶液をOBHノルディカ型の1.5Lのブレンダーに注ぎ、5部の疎水性シリカ誘導体を該塩溶液に添加した。各々およそ30秒の間隔を3回設けて、その間>10000rpmで混合を実施した。得られた材料は乾燥した自由流動性の白い粉末であった。ナノ粒子でコーティングされた塩をその後熱処理した。
ナノ粒子でコーティングされた塩を上記の実施例1に従って調製した。水溶液中の元のLiBr含量は32重量%であった。

ナノ粒子でコーティングされた塩を上記の実施例1に従って調製した。水溶液中の元のLiBr含量は32重量%であった。小規模の吸収式機械の反応器に50グラムのナノ粒子でコーティングされた塩を充填した。これによりナノ粒子でコーティングされた塩は34グラムの水を含んでいた。反応器を凝縮器/蒸発器に気体移送チャネルを介して結合した。凝縮器/蒸発器を100グラムの水で充填した。

ナノ粒子でコーティングされた塩を上記実施例1に従って調製した。小規模吸収式機械の反応器をナノ粒子でコーティングされた塩で充填した。反応器を凝縮器/蒸発器に気体移送チャネルを介して結合した。反応器と凝縮器/蒸発器との間のバリアとして、ナノ粒子でコーティングされた塩が凝縮器/蒸発器に逃げるのを防ぐために十分大きい孔を持ったフィルターを置いた。
オープンチャネルにより、ナノ粒子でコーティングされた塩との相互作用のための気体のアクセスが確実になる。チャネルの大きさは同じままで、時間とともに変わることはない。大きな接触面積(700−1000cm2/cm3)によりナノ粒子でコーティングされた塩と気体との間の効率的な相互作用が確実になる。
4種類の異なるタイプのNCS粒子をLiCl、Na2S*9H2O、CaO、及びLiBrからそれぞれ調製した。ナノ粒子はポリジメチルシロキシ基を表面に共有結合させたシリカ粒子とした。
Example 7
一つの実験では98部の固体CaOをOBHノルディカ型1.5Lのブレンダーに入れ、2部の疎水性シリカ誘導体を同様に加えた。混合を>10000rpmでおよそ30秒の間隔を空けて行った。得られた材料は乾燥した自由流動性のわずかに灰色がかった粉末であった。
一つの実験では93部のLiClの水溶液(40重量%)をOBHノルディカ型1.5Lのブレンダーに注ぎ、7部の疎水性シリカ誘導体を溶液に加えた。混合を>10000rpmで2回の間隔を空けて行い、各間隔をおよそ30秒とした。得られた材料は乾燥した自由流動性の白い粉末であった。ナノ粒子でコーティングされた塩はその後熱処理した。
ナノ粒子でコーティングされたCaOを上記実施例7に従って調製した。ガラス製の小規模吸収式機械内の小さな銅の皿からなる反応器に0.4グラムのナノ粒子でコーティングされたCaOを充填した。反応器を、気体移送チャネルを介して凝縮器/蒸発器に結合した。凝縮器/蒸発器に0.5グラムの水を充填した。
ナノ粒子でコーティングされたCaOを上述の実施例7に従って調製した。反応管と凝縮器/蒸発器管からなる吸収式機械を組み立てた。反応器は70mm内径を有するスチール管製であり、銅のメッシュからなる40mm径の蒸気チャネルを備えた。反応器は、反応管壁と蒸気チャネルの間に置かれたナノ粒子でコーティングされたCaOの300グラムを含んでいる。反応器を、圧力ゲージと真空ポンプ結合を備えた気体移送チャネルを介して凝縮器/蒸発器に結合した。凝縮器/蒸発器を250グラムの水で満たした。チャージ/ディスチャージプロセスを真空で行う。圧力を圧力ゲージでコントロールした。
一つの実験では90部の固体CaOをOBHノルディカ型1.5Lのブレンダー中に置き、10部のMKN−CG−400 MK Impex Corp.タイプのグラファイトのナノ粒子を加えた。混合を>10000rpmでおよそ30秒の2回の間隔を空けて行った。得られた材料は乾燥した自由流動性の灰のような粉末であった。
Claims (8)
- 内部と外部コーティングとを含む少なくとも一つの粒子であって、該内部は吸湿性である塩、及びCaOからなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一種を含み、該外部コーティングは、疎水性的に修飾したSiO 2 粒子及び炭素材料からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種の材料を含む疎水性ナノ粒子を含み、該粒子が1〜1000μmの平均粒径を有し、更に水を含む上記粒子を含む、吸収式化学ヒートポンプ。
- 前記塩が、リチウム、マグネシウム、カルシウム、ストロンチウム、バリウム、コバルト、ニッケル、鉄、亜鉛、マンガン、カリウム、及びアルミニウムの塩化物、塩素酸塩、過塩素酸塩、臭化物、ヨウ化物、炭酸塩、及び硝酸塩、並びにリチウム、ナトリウム、及びカリウムの硫化物及び水酸化物からなる群から選ばれる、請求項1記載の吸収式化学ヒートポンプ。
- 前記塩が、Na2S、LiBr、LiCl、CaCl2、及びCaBr2からなる群から選ばれる、請求項1又は2に記載の吸収式化学ヒートポンプ。
- 疎水性ナノ粒子がSiO2を含み、共有結合された疎水性化合物により修飾されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の吸収式化学ヒートポンプ。
- 前記粒子が水に加えて更に少なくとも一種の液体を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載の吸収式化学ヒートポンプ。
- 前記疎水性ナノ粒子がグラファイト及びグラフェンからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種の炭素材料を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載の吸収式化学ヒートポンプ。
- 内部と外部コーティングとを含む粒子であって、該内部は吸湿性である塩、及びCaOからなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一種を含み、該外部コーティングは、疎水性的に修飾したSiO 2 粒子及び炭素材料からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種の材料を含む疎水性ナノ粒子を含み、粒子が1〜1000μmの平均粒径を有し、更に水を含む上記粒子の、吸収式化学ヒートポンプで行われる吸収プロセスにおける使用。
- 内部と外部コーティングとを含む少なくとも一つの粒子であって、内部が吸湿性である塩、及びCaOからなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一種を含み、該外部コーティングが、疎水性的に修飾したSiO 2 粒子及び炭素材料からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種の材料を含む疎水性ナノ粒子を含み、該粒子が更に水を含む上記少なくとも一つの粒子を含む吸収式化学ヒートポンプのための材料の製造方法であって、a)吸湿性である塩及びCaOから選ばれた少なくとも一種を、該疎水性ナノ粒子及び水と混合する工程、及びb)ナノ粒子でコーティングされた塩及びCaOから選ばれた少なくとも一種を含む粒子を得るのに十分なエネルギーで混合する工程を含む上記方法。
