Description

b)第1および第2のレーザビームから、第3周波数を有する少なくとも1つの第3のレーザビームを生成する光学的に非線形の第2の結晶体を備え、第3周波数は第1周波数および第2周波数と異なる周波数を有し、
c)第1および第2のレーザビームの間の相対ビーム長に影響を及ぼす光学的な偏向器を備え、その偏向器は、
d)第1および第2のレーザビームが、第2の結晶体内に入射する前に互いに零と異なる角度で伝搬するように、かつ
e)第1および第2のレーザビームが、互いに隔てられて第2の結晶体内に入射し、第2の結晶体内において同時に共線的な位相整合により交差するように、前記相対ビーム長に影響を及ぼし、
f)第2の結晶体の入射面が、互いに平行で互いに対向する2つの側面に対して0°と異なる楔角度で傾けられている。

Claims (6)
- レーザ光源(4)によって第1周波数(ω1)で生成された第1のレーザビーム(6)を周波数変換するための装置であって、
a)前記第1周波数(ω1)と異なる第2周波数(ω2)を有する第2のレーザビーム(8)を生成するための光学的に非線形の第1の結晶体(2)を備え、前記第2のレーザビーム(8)は、前記第1の結晶体(2)を抜け出た後に、前記第1のレーザビーム(6)に対して平行に伝搬し、
b)前記第1および第2のレーザビーム(6,8)から、第3周波数(ω3)を有する少なくとも1つの第3のレーザビーム(18)を生成する光学的に非線形の第2の結晶体(10)を備え、前記第3周波数(ω3)は前記第1周波数(ω1)および前記第2周波数(ω2)と異なる周波数であり、
c)前記第1および第2のレーザビーム(6,8)の間の相対ビーム長に影響を及ぼすための光学的な偏向器(12)を備え、その偏向器(12)は、
d)前記第1および第2のレーザビーム(6,8)が、前記第2の結晶体(10)内に入射する前に互いに零と異なる角度(α)で伝搬するように、かつ
e)前記第1および第2のレーザビーム(6,8)が、互いに隔てられて前記第2の結晶体(10)の入射面(16)に入射し、前記第2の結晶体(10)内において同時に共線的な位相整合により交差するように、前記相対ビーム長に影響を及ぼし、
f)前記第2の結晶体(10)の入射面(16)が、互いに平行で互いに対向する2つの側面(17)に対して0°と異なる楔角度(γ)で傾けられている、
装置。 - 前記第1のレーザビーム(6)が前記第2の結晶体(10)内で当該結晶体(10)の側面(17)に対して平行に伝搬するように、前記第2の結晶体(10)の方向が定められている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記光学的な偏向器が、前記第1および第2の非線形結晶体の間において前記第1および第2のレーザビームのビーム通路内に配置された光学素子である、請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- 前記光学素子が分散光学素子である、請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記光学素子が光学的に等方性である、請求項4記載の装置。
- 前記光学素子が回折格子であり、偏向が回折によって行われる、請求項3記載の装置。
