Description
前記複数の発熱体を直列に接続して前記電源からの電力を当該各発熱体に供給する導体パターンが設けられた基板を備え、
前記導体パターンは、前記電源からの往路が複数のパターンからなり、当該往路のパターン幅が復路のパターン幅よりも広く形成され、
前記往路をなす複数の前記パターンが、前記基板上に並列させて配置され、当該並列方向に並ぶ複数のパターンが、当該並列方向に直交する方向に2列に並べて配設され、前記往路をなす複数の前記パターンのうち、前記直交する方向に並ぶ前記パターン同士が前記発熱体により接続されることで、前記発熱体同士が直列に接続されて前記電源からの電力が前記発熱体に供給され、
前記復路の導体パターンには、前記発熱体が接続されていないものである。
前記感光体に近接させて配置される上記発熱装置と、を備えるものである。

Claims (5)
- 電源からの通電により発熱する複数の発熱体を有し、
前記複数の発熱体を直列に接続して前記電源からの電力を当該各発熱体に供給する導体パターンが設けられた基板を備え、
前記導体パターンは、前記電源からの往路が複数のパターンからなり、当該往路のパターン幅が復路のパターン幅よりも広く形成され、
前記往路をなす複数の前記パターンが、前記基板上に並列させて配置され、当該並列方向に並ぶ複数のパターンが、当該並列方向に直交する方向に2列に並べて配設され、前記往路をなす複数の前記パターンのうち、前記直交する方向に並ぶ前記パターン同士が前記発熱体により接続されることで、前記発熱体同士が直列に接続されて前記電源からの電力が前記発熱体に供給され、
前記復路の導体パターンには、前記発熱体が接続されていない発熱装置。 - 前記複数の発熱体が等間隔で配置されている請求項1に記載の発熱装置。
- 前記導体パターンは、前記往路をなす前記複数のパターンが前記並列方向に均等間隔で配置されている請求項1又は請求項2に記載の発熱装置。
- 前記往路をなす前記導体パターンの前記パターンの幅が、レイアウト及び回路特性の制約の範囲内で広く形成されている請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の発熱装置。
- 感光体の表面にトナー像を形成し、前記トナー像を記録媒体に転写させる画像形成部と、
前記感光体に近接させて配置される請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の発熱装置と、を備える画像形成装置。
