Description

−生物医学用装置および材料(薬剤放出ベクター、止血装置、特殊な有機布地および包帯用材料)、
−医学および診断の分野において、
−吸音応用において、
−複合材料の補強として、
−美肌マスクとして(洗浄剤および肌への薬物治療)、
−皮膚多孔質膜などの有機布地材料のための架橋配置、血管および神経組織を再生するための管状配置、骨および軟骨を再生するための三次元架橋。
−実験室規模から工業規模への迅速かつ容易な切り替えの可能性、
−高生産収率、
−優れた再現性、
−繊維のサイズおよびパターンの正確な制御、
−付着する繊維量の正確な制御、
−繊維生産収率の容易かつ迅速な制御、
−出発溶液に添加物を単に加えることによる布地材料特性の容易な修正、
−少ない原料消費(非常に軽いナノ繊維横編みパターンを有するため、結果として材料の節約により安価な生産となる)、
−材料の劣化のリスクを負わず、少ない動力消費の操作費用、および優れた経済効率を伴う室温での工程、
−プロセスシステムの容易な維持管理および整備、
−安全性の高い操作特徴。
電源、参照番号2によって一般的に示され、高電位差(5−50kV)を発生するように構成されている、
ダイ構造3、シリンジ、キャピラリーおよびノズル組立体、関連する容器等を含むフィラメントを提供する装置であり、そこから高分子溶液を放出し、正極として操作される、および
コレクター4、そこで電界紡糸ナノ繊維を収集し、対電極として操作される。
発明の布地試料は、ろ過手段によって閉じ込められる粒子率を確認するためにろ過効率試験台および従来のSaatiシステムを使用したそれらのろ過効率、それの透過性を測定することによって決定される積層または結合材料の流動抵抗、および音響インピーダンス測定によって決定される音通過抵抗に関連して特徴付けられた。

Claims (6)
- 携帯電話、自動車、診断器具、および、医療用ろ過装置における濾過手段として使用するための布地材料複合構造であって、100〜900nmのナノ繊維径を有するナノ繊維からなる1以上のナノ繊維層を含み、前記ナノ繊維は、互いに結合され、そして、合成単一糸から作成された平織で織られた精密布地によって支持され、前記織られた精密布地は5μm〜2000μmのメッシュサイズを有し、前記合成単一糸は、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリプロピレン、ポリフェニルスルフィド、PEEK、PVDF、およびPTFEから選択され、または、前記合成単一糸はフッ素系高分子、PA 6、PA 6/12、ポリアラミド、PUR,PES、PVA、PVAC、PAN、PEO、PS、ポリチオフェンなどの導電性高分子から選択される有機高分子、および/またはキトサン、ケラチン、コラーゲンおよびペプチドから選択される生体高分子を含み、前記複合構造は1〜2μmの粒径を有する粒子の通過を阻止し、前記複合構造は、音が弱められることなく、前記複合構造を通過することを可能とする音響インピーダンスを有することを特徴とする布地材料複合構造。
- 請求項1に記載の複合構造であって、前記複合構造は2μmの粒径を有する粒子に対して99%のろ過効率を有することを特徴とする複合構造。
- 請求項1に記載の複合構造であって、前記ナノ繊維層を前記布地の片面または前記布地の両面に塗布することを特徴とする複合構造。
- 請求項1に記載の複合構造であって、接着材料によって、前記ナノ繊維層を前記布地に塗布することを特徴とする複合構造。
- 請求項1に記載の複合構造であって、前記複合構造は、前記布地を覆う追加の布地をさらに含むことを特徴とする複合構造。
- 請求項1に記載の複合構造を作成するための装置であって、前記装置は、高分子溶液を放出して正極として操作されるフィラメント提供ダイ構造(3)、高分子溶液容器、シリンジ、キャピラリーおよびノズル組立体、電界紡糸ナノ繊維が収集されて対電極として操作されるコレクター(4)を含むことを特徴とする装置。
