Description
Claims (3)
- フレーム部材と、
前記フレーム部材に軸受を介して支持されるモータ軸と、
前記フレーム部材と前記モータ軸の間の間隙をシールするシール部材と、
前記モータ軸から径方向外側に延び前記シール部材を覆うカバー部材と、を備え、
前記カバー部材は、前記モータ軸に外嵌されてモータ軸とともに回転するとともに、軸方向移動が規制されており、
前記カバー部材は、前記モータ軸から径方向外側に延びる第1径方向延在部と、該第1径方向延在部の外端から前記シール部材側に折れ曲がり前記シール部材の外周と径方向に対向する屈曲部と、該屈曲部の軸方向端部から径方向外側に延び前記フレーム部材と間隙を介して軸方向に対向する第2径方向延在部と、を有し、
前記モータ軸は、前記シール部材が配置される大径部と、該大径部よりも軸端側に位置し前記大径部より小径の小径部と、を有し、
前記モータ軸の前記小径部に固定されるファンをさらに備え、
前記カバー部材は、前記大径部に外嵌され、前記ファンと前記シール部材との間に挟持されることを特徴とするモータの防水構造。 - 前記カバー部材は、前記モータ軸に外嵌される円筒部を有し、該円筒部の前記シール部材側の端部から前記第1径方向延在部が径方向外側に延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータの防水構造。
- 前記シール部材の外周と前記屈曲部の内周との間に画成される空間にグリースが保持されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のモータの防水構造。
