図3〜図5は、本発明の第2実施形態であり、導体とフラットケーブルとの接続構造が用いられた電源装置1を示す。なお、図1及び図2に示す第1実施形態と同一の部材には同一の符号を付して対応させてある。

Claims (5)
- 板状の接続端をそれぞれ有し複数列に配置された複数個の導体と、これらの導体に隣接し前記導体の複数列の方向に沿って長尺に配置されたフラットケーブルとを接続する接続構造であって、
前記フラットケーブルは、複数本の導電体が前記導体の複数列の方向に沿って幅方向に複数列に並列に配設されるとともに可撓性の被覆体で被覆され、
一側に前記導体の接続端に前記導体の配列方向に対して交差する方向のいずれの位置でも接続可能な導体接続端子部と、他側に前記フラットケーブルの前記導電体に接続されるケーブル接続端子部とを備えた接続端子を有し、
前記ケーブル接続端子部の前記フラットケーブルの複数列の導電体のいずれかとの接続により前記導体の接続端への前記導体接続端子部の位置が相対移動することを特徴とする導体とフラットケーブルとの接続構造。 - 請求項1記載の導体とフラットケーブルとの接続構造であって、
前記導体の前記接続端に接続される前記接続端子の前記導体接続端子部は、前記板状の接続端を挟持する音叉端子部で形成され、
前記フラットケーブルの前記導電体に接続される前記接続端子の前記ケーブル接続端子部は、前記被覆体を突き通して前記導電体に接続される圧接端子部であることを特徴とする導体とフラットケーブルとの接続構造。 - 請求項1または2に記載の導体とフラットケーブルとの接続構造であって、
前記導体の接続端への前記導体接続端子部の相対移動を許容する切欠部が前記導体の接続端の長さ方向に形成されていることを特徴とする導体とフラットケーブルとの接続構造。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の導体とフラットケーブルとの接続構造が用いられた電源装置であって、
一側面から正電極と負電極とが突設された複数個の単位セル電池と、
複数個の単位セル電池の一面上に載置され前記正電極と前記負電極が貫通して上面側に突設される電極貫通スリットを有する絶縁プレートと、
板状の接続端をそれぞれ有し前記絶縁プレート上に複数列に配置されて複数個の前記単位セル電池の前記正電極と負電極とを直列にそれぞれ接続する複数個の接続導体と、
これらの接続導体に隣接し前記接続導体の複数列の方向に沿って長尺に配置され複数本の導電体が前記接続導体の配列方向に沿って幅方向に複数列に並列に配設されるとともに可撓性の被覆体で被覆されたフラットケーブルと、
一側に前記接続導体の接続端に前記接続導体の配列方向に対して交差する方向のいずれの位置でも接続可能な導体接続端子部と、他側に前記フラットケーブルの前記導電体に接続されるケーブル接続端子部とを備えた接続端子とで構成されていることを特徴とする導体とフラットケーブルとの接続構造が用いられた電源装置。 - 請求項4記載の導体とフラットケーブルとの接続構造が用いられた電源装置であって、
前記接続端子の前記導体接続端子部は、前記接続導体の前記板状の接続端を挟持する音叉端子部で形成され、
前記接続端子の前記ケーブル接続端子部は、前記フラットケーブルの前記被覆体を突き通して前記導電体に接続される圧接端子部であることを特徴とする導体とフラットケーブルとの接続構造が用いられた電源装置。
