Claims (5)
- 内燃機関(2)の排ガス処理のための粒子セパレータ(1)であって、排ガスが通って流れることのできる少なくとも1つの金属層(3)は、入口開口(5)を有し、出口開口(6)を有し、横断面(25)を有し、かつ中央軸線(7)を有するハウジング(4)内に配置され、前記少なくとも1つの金属層(3)は、前記ハウジング(4)の前記横断面(25)に広がる単一の波動(9)を有し、
前記波動(9)は、前記中央軸線(7)に関して垂直ではなく傾斜した平面(8)に沿って延びる単一の傾斜曲面(9)を有し、
前記傾斜曲面(9)は、前記入口開口(5)に最も近い領域および前記出口開口(6)に最も近い領域において前記平面(8)を通り、他の領域では前記平面(8)よりも前記出口開口(6)側に偏位していて、
前記傾斜曲面(9)は、前記出口開口(6)に最も近い領域において前記中央軸線(7)に関して垂直には至らない、粒子セパレータ(1)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの金属層(3)は、前記ハウジング(4)の囲むすきま(15)において配置される、請求項1に記載の粒子セパレータ(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの金属層(3)は、少なくとも0.05mmの領域の幅(17)を有する開口(16)を有する、請求項1または2に記載の粒子セパレータ(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの金属層(3)は、フィルタ無し設計である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の粒子セパレータ(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの内燃機関(2)および排気系統(27)を有する自動車両(20)であって、前記排気系統(27)は、排ガス再循環ライン(26)を有して形成され、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの粒子セパレータ(1)は、前記排ガス再循環ライン(26)に配置される、自動車両(20)。
