Description
A)動作時に電磁光線を放射するのに適した少なくとも一つの機能層と透明層とを備える有機発光層列を作製するステップと、
B)表面構造を備える透明光線出射層を、少なくとも一つの機能層とは反対側の透明層の表面にスプレーによって施与するステップとを含む。
B1)第1の材料を、少なくとも一つの機能層とは反対側の透明層の表面にスプレーコーティングするステップ、
B2)第2の材料を第1の材料の上にスプレーコーティングするステップ。
・動作時に電磁光線を放射するのに適した少なくとも一つの有機機能層および透明層を備える有機発光層列と、
・少なくとも一つの機能層とは反対側の透明層の表面上にある光線出力層とを含み、
・光線出力層は、個別に乾燥された複数の水滴の残滓から形成された表面構造を有する。
Claims (8)
- 有機発光構成素子の製造方法において、
A)動作時に電磁光線を放射するのに適した少なくとも一つの有機機能層(3)と透明層(11)とを備える有機発光層列(10)を準備するステップと、
B)表面構造(21)を備える透明光線出力層(20)を、少なくとも一つの機能層(3)とは反対側の、透明層(11)の表面(12)にスプレーによって施与するステップであって、この際、互いに溶け合わない少なくとも二つの材料(61,62)を施与するステップと
を有し、
方法ステップBで、光線出力層(20)が側方で構造化され、透明層(11)の表面(12)上に施与される、方法。 - 有機発光構成素子の製造方法において、
A)動作時に電磁光線を放射するのに適した少なくとも一つの有機機能層(3)と透明層(11)とを備える有機発光層列(10)を準備するステップと、
B)表面構造(21)を備える透明光線出力層(20)を、少なくとも一つの機能層(3)とは反対側の、透明層(11)の表面(12)にスプレーによって施与するステップと
を有し、
方法ステップBは、
B1)第1の材料(61)をスプレーする部分ステップと、
B2)第2の材料(62)を第1の材料(61)の上にスプレーする部分ステップと
を含み、
方法ステップBで、光線出力層(20)が側方で構造化され、透明層(11)の表面(12)上に施与される、方法。 - 第1の材料(61)と第2の材料(62)は互いに溶け合わない、請求項2記載の方法。
- 方法ステップBで、光線出力層(20)を個々の水滴(6)の形にスプレーし、
水滴(6)が透明層(11)の表面(12)上で個別に、光線出力層(20)を形成しながら乾燥する、請求項1記載の方法。 - 方法ステップBで、架橋可能な材料(61)が、液相、溶液、懸濁液またはそれらの組合せで水滴(6)の形で施与され、材料(61)の乾燥(63)および/または架橋によって光線出力層(20)が形成される、請求項4記載の方法。
- 水滴(6)は、乾燥時にプリズム形、ピラミッド形、半月形、またはそれらの組合せの形状の残滓(7)を形成する、請求項4または5記載の方法。
- 方法ステップBで、アクリラート、シリコーン、エポキシド、ポリカーボネート、天然ゴムにより形成される群からの一つまたは複数の材料(61,62)がスプレーされる、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 方法ステップBで、散乱粒子(8)を有する材料(61)がスプレーされる、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項記載の方法。
