Claims (7)
- タングステン、モリブデン又はバナジウムの少なくとも一種の金属成分を含む部材から前記金属成分を分離回収する方法において、
前記部材と、アルカリ金属水酸化物又はアルカリ土類金属水酸化物を含む第1の溶融物と、アルカリ金属水酸化物、アルカリ土類金属水酸化物、アルカリ金属塩又はアルカリ土類金属塩の少なくとも一種を含み前記第1の溶融物と異なる第2の溶融物とを混合して化合物を生成する工程と、
前記化合物と水とを混合して前記金属成分の抽出液を生成する工程と、
前記抽出液と固形分とを分離する工程とを含むことを特徴とする金属分離回収方法。 - 請求項1において、前記化合物を生成する工程は、
前記部材と、アルカリ金属水酸化物又はアルカリ土類金属水酸化物を含む第1の水溶液と、アルカリ金属水酸化物、アルカリ土類金属水酸化物、アルカリ金属塩又はアルカリ土類金属塩の少なくとも一種を含み前記第1の水溶液と異なる第2の水溶液とを混合して混合物を生成する工程と、
前記混合物を溶融させる工程とを含むことを特徴とする金属分離回収方法。 - 請求項1において、前記部材はタングステン又はモリブデンの少なくとも一種とバナジウムの金属成分を含み、
前記抽出液と塩化アンモニウム水溶液とを混合してバナジウムアンモニウム塩を生成する工程と、

- 請求項1において、前記アルカリ金属塩又は前記アルカリ土類金属塩の塩は、硝酸塩、炭酸塩又は硫酸塩から選ばれることを特徴とする金属分離回収方法。
- 請求項1において、前記部材が基材に成型された触媒であり、前記化合物を生成する工程の前に、前記部材を前記基材と分離する工程を含むことを特徴とする金属分離回収方法。
- 請求項2において、前記混合物を溶融させる工程の温度が150〜300℃であることを特徴とする金属分離回収方法。
