Claims (11)
- 患者の皮膚(4)に多数の小孔(20,36)を形成する手段(10)と、
投与する薬剤(14)が装填される多数の担持体(12)と、
各前記担持体(12)を各前記小孔(20,36)に作用させて前記薬剤(14)を該小孔(20,36)へ投与する手段とを備え、
前記多数の小孔(20,36)を形成する前記手段(10)が、前記皮膚(4)を貫通する多数の針(10)を含んで構成され、該針(10)が前記薬剤(14)を前記皮膚(4)に投与することなく前記小孔(20,36)を前記皮膚(4)に形成するものである一方、
前記担持体(12)を前記小孔(20,36)に作用させる前記手段(10)が、前記針(10)を前記皮膚(4)から引き抜いた後に作動して、予め前記皮膚(4)に形成された前記小孔(20,36)に対して前記薬剤(14)を保持する前記担持体(12)を作用させて前記薬剤(14)を前記小孔(20,36)に投与するものである
ことを特徴とする経皮投薬装置。 - 前記担持体(12)の数が前記小孔(20,36)の数と同一とされている請求項1に記載の経皮投薬装置。
- 前記針(10)の数が前記小孔(20,36)の数と同一とされている請求項1又は2に記載の経皮投薬装置。
- 複数の前記針(10)が第一の配列を構成していると共に、複数の前記担持体(12)が第一の配列と同一のレイアウトを有する第二の配列を構成している請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の経皮投薬装置。
- 前記第一の配列を処置位置から離隔させると共に前記第二の配列を該処置位置へ移動させる交換手段が設けられている請求項4に記載の経皮投薬装置。
- 前記交換手段が軸(6)を含んで構成されており、前記第一及び第二の配列が該軸(6)を中心に回転する一方、該軸(6)が前記皮膚(4)の表面に対して略平行とされている請求項5に記載の経皮投薬装置。
- 前記交換手段が軸(30)を含んで構成されており、前記第一及び第二の配列が該軸(30)を中心に回転する一方、該軸(30)が前記皮膚(4)の表面に対して略垂直とされている請求項5に記載の経皮投薬装置。
- 前記第一及び第二の配列が配設されるベルトが設けられていると共に、前記交換手段が、該ベルトを長さ方向と平行に所定の距離だけ移動させる手段を含んで構成されている請求項5又は6に記載の経皮投薬装置。
- 前記交換手段が、前記第一及び第二の配列を前記皮膚(4)の表面に対して略平行方向に摺動させる手段を含んで構成されている請求項5に記載の経皮投薬装置。
- 各前記担持体(12)が、投与する前記薬剤(14)が装填される先端部を有する長手状の部材とされている請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載の経皮投薬装置。
- 各前記担持体(12)の前記先端部が鈍端とされている請求項10に記載の経皮投薬装置。
