Claims (12)
- 患者の皮膚(4)を貫通する多数の針(46,62)を含み、該皮膚(4)に多数の小孔(44)を形成する手段(46,62)と、
投与する薬剤(42)が装填され、前記針(46,62)とは別体でかつ前記針(46,62)の外部に配設されており、それぞれ先端部(48,84)を有する長手状の部材である多数の担持体(40,82)と、
前記針(46,62)が前記皮膚(4)に留まっている状態で操作可能とされており、各前記担持体(40,82)を前記針(46,62)の外部に配設した状態で各前記小孔(44)に作用させて前記薬剤(42)を該小孔(44)へ投与する手段と
を備えたことを特徴とする経皮投薬装置。 - 各前記担持体(40)が、対応する前記針(46)に隣接して前記小孔(44)に導入されるように配設されている請求項1に記載の経皮投薬装置。
- 前記薬剤(42)が前記担持体(40,82)の前記先端部(48,84)に装填されている請求項1又は2に記載の経皮投薬装置。
- 前記薬剤(42)が前記担持体(40,82)の前記先端部(48,84)に付着されている請求項3に記載の経皮投薬装置。
- 各前記担持体(82)に対応するチャネル(74)が設けられており、該担持体(82)が該チャネル(74)に沿って摺動可能であり、前記薬剤が前記担持体(82)の前記先端部(84)によって前記チャネル(74)内に保持されている請求項3に記載の経皮投薬装置。
- 各前記担持体(40,82)が、対応する一つの前記針(46,62)に対して移動可能である請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の経皮投薬装置。
- 各前記担持体に対応するチャネルが設けられており、該担持体が該チャネルに沿って摺動可能である請求項6に記載の経皮投薬装置。
- 前記チャネルが対応する前記針の側面に沿った溝である請求項7に記載の経皮投薬装置。
- 患者の皮膚(4)を貫通する多数の針(62)を含み、該皮膚(4)に多数の小孔(44)を形成する手段(62)と、
投与する薬剤(42)が装填され、前記針(62)とは別体で、それぞれ先端部(84)を有する長手状の部材である多数の担持体(82)と、
前記針(62)が前記皮膚(4)に留まっている状態で操作可能とされており、各前記担持体(82)を前記針(62)の外部に配設させて各前記小孔(44)に作用させて前記薬剤(42)を該小孔(44)へ投与する手段とを備えており、
各前記担持体(82)が、対応する一つの前記針(62)に対して移動可能である一方、
各前記担持体(82)に対応するチャネル(74)が設けられており、該担持体(82)が該チャネル(74)に沿って摺動可能であり、
前記チャネル(74)の第一の部位(76)が形成された第一挿入部(64)と、前記チャネル(74)の第二の部位(78)が形成された第二挿入部(66)を含んでおり、前記第一および第二挿入部(64,66)は、前記チャネル(74)の前記第一および第二の部位(76,78)が位置合わせされていない静止状態と、前記第一および第二の部位(76,78)が位置合わせされている作動状態との間で相対移動可能とされていることを特徴とする経皮投薬装置。 - 前記静止状態では、前記チャネル(74)の前記第一の部位(76)が、前記第二挿入部(66)の対向する壁部によって覆蓋されている請求項9に記載の経皮投薬装置。
- 各前記担持体(40,82)の前記先端部が鈍端とされている請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載の経皮投薬装置。
- 各前記担持体(40,82)が棒状、柱状又はピストン状である請求項1〜11の何れか1項に記載の経皮投薬装置。
