Claims (4)
- ガスシールに用いるシール体であって、
一対のリップを対向配置して凹溝を形成したシール本体と、
前記凹溝に挿入され、前記リップを拡張する弾性体と、
該弾性体に装着され、前記凹溝の狭窄に伴う前記弾性体の変形を弾性変形範囲内に制限する剛体とを備え、
前記剛体は、スリットを有する
シール体。 - 前記弾性体は、金属製のバネであり、前記剛体は前記バネの内部に装着される請求項1に記載のシール体。
- ガスシールに用いるシール体であって、
一対のリップを対向配置して凹溝を形成したシール本体と、
前記凹溝に挿入され、前記リップを拡張する弾性体と、
該弾性体に装着され、前記凹溝の狭窄に伴う前記弾性体の変形を弾性変形範囲内に制限する剛体とを備え、
前記弾性体は、金属製のバネであり、前記剛体は前記バネの内部に装着される
シール体。 - ハウジングが形成したガス流路においてガスシールを図るガスシール機構であって、
前記ガス流路に組み込まれる軸体と、
該軸体と前記ハウジングとの間のシール体収納域に収納されたシール体とを備え、
該シール体は、
一対のリップを対向配置して凹溝を形成したシール本体と、
前記凹溝に挿入され、前記リップを拡張する弾性体と、
該弾性体に装着され、前記凹溝の狭窄に伴う前記弾性体の変形を弾性変形範囲内に制限する剛体とを備え、
前記シール体を挟んだ前記ガス流路の圧力が高い側に前記凹溝の開口側を位置させて、前記シール体収納域に収納されている
ガスシール機構。
