Description
Claims (14)
- 医療用インプラント(300)に力を加えるために、前記医療用インプラント(300)のリム部(301’,301’’,301’’’,301’’’’)に接続される、少なくとも1つの引張糸(11,11’,11’’,11’’’,11’’’’)により、少なくとも1つの前記医療用インプラント(300)を折り畳む又は展開するための装置(100)であって、

軸(1)と、
前記引張糸(11,11’,11’’,11’’’,11’’’’)により、折り畳み
可能な、及び/又は、展開可能な、前記医療用インプラント(300)の形状又は外形を変化させる引張デバイスと
を含み、
前記軸(1)は、その少なくとも1つの軸区画において、複数の個々の軸状ファイバー(13,13’,13’’,13’’’,13’’’’)を含み、
複数の前記個々の軸状ファイバー(13,13’,13’’,13’’’,13’’’’)のうち幾本かの軸状ファイバー(13,13’,13’’,13’’’,13’’’’)が、各々1つあるいは複数の軸開口部(9)を有し、それにより1つあるいはそれ以上の数の前記引張糸(11,11’,11’’,11’’’,11’’’’)が、前記各軸状ファイバー(13,13’,13’’,13’’’,13’’’’)から出る、及び/又はそれらに入ることができ、

- 前記装置(100)が使用状態にあるとき、複数の前記個々の軸状ファイバー(13,13’,13’’,13’’’,13’’’’)のうちの幾本かの軸状ファイバー(13,13’,13’’,13’’’,13’’’’)は、互いに独立して、及び/又は、折り畳み又は展開のための前記装置(100)に対する前記医療用インプラント(300)の相対的な位置とは独立して、少なくとも前記軸(1)の前記第2区画(5)に入る又はから出るよう移動可能に配置されている、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記軸(1)は、前記軸(1)の少なくとも1つの前記軸区画において、複数の前記個々の軸状ファイバー(13,13’,13’’,13’’’,13’’’’)のうちの幾本かの軸状ファイバー(13,13’,13’’,13’’’,13’’’’)を束ねるための少なくとも1つのデバイス(19,21)を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記個々の軸状ファイバー(13,13’,13’’,13’’’,13’’’’)を束ねるための少なくとも1つの前記デバイス(19,21)は、前記装置(100)の長手方向に沿って移動可能又は運動可能となるように配置されている、又は構成されている、及び/又は、前記装置(100)の長さ方向に沿って異なる複数の前記軸区画に用いられるように設けられたものである、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記デバイス(19,21)は、前記個々の軸状ファイバー(13,13’,13’’,13’’’,13’’’’)を束ねる輪、クランプ、突起、又は結紮として構成される、請求項4又は5に記載の装置。
- 前記個々の軸状ファイバー(13,13’,13’’,13’’’,13’’’’)は、これらの前記個々の軸状ファイバー(13,13’,13’’,13’’’,13’’’’)を通って延びる前記引張糸(11,11’,11’’,11’’’,11’’’’)により前記医療用インプラント(300)に張力を与えたとき、前記装置(100)の断面の中心に近く置かれた位置から、前記医療用インプラント(300)の前記リム部(301’,301’’,301’’’,301’’’’)に向かって、より放射状に置かれた位置に移動するよう構成された、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記個々の軸状ファイバー(13)から出る前記引張糸(11,11’,11’’,11’’’,11’’’’)は、前記リム部に力を加えるために、前記医療用インプラント(300)の前記リム部(301’,301’’,301’’’,301’’’’)に接続され、前記リム部(301’,301’’,301’’’,301’’’’)は、前記医療用インプラント(300)の折り畳み可能、及び/又は展開可能な周辺部の一部を含むのみである、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記個々の軸状ファイバー(13,13’,13’’,13’’’,13’’’’)から出る前記引張糸(11,11’,11’’,11’’’,11’’’’)は、前記リム部に力を与えるために、前記医療用インプラント(300)の前記リム部(301’,301’’,301’’’,301’’’’)に接続され、少なくとも2つの前記個々の軸状ファイバー(13,13’,13’’,13’’’,13’’’’)から出ている前記引張糸(11,11’,11’’,11’’’,11’’’’)は、前記リム部(301’,301’’,301’’’,301’’’’)又はその一部に接続されている、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。

- 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの装置(100)と、
折り畳み、及び/又は展開の目的のために前記引張糸(11,11’,11’’,11’’’,11’’’’)に接続された、又は前記引張糸(11,11’,11’’,11’’’,11’’’’)に接続されるように構成された、少なくとも1つの前記医療用インプラント(300)と
を含む組み合わせ装置。 - 前記医療用インプラント(300)は、ステント又は心臓弁構造である、請求項12に記載の組み合わせ装置。
- 前記個々の軸状ファイバー(13,13’,13’’,13’’’,13’’’’)と前記医療用インプラント(300)とは、前記医療用インプラントを折り畳むプロセス中に、前記引張糸(11,11’,11’’,11’’’,11’’’’)のための軸開口部(9)を含む区間において、前記個々の軸状ファイバー(13,13’,13’’,13’’’,13’’’’)をそれらの長さ方向の揃え位置から移動させるために、又は前記医療用インプラント(300)の半径方向の拡張方向にそれらを移動させるために、必要な第1力は、前記医療用インプラント(300)に接続され前記軸開口部(9)から出ている、前記引張糸(11,11’,11’’,11’’’,11’’’’)により前記医療用インプラント(300)を折り畳むのに必要な第2力を下回るように適合されている、請求項12又は13に記載の組み合わせ装置。
