Claims (3)
- 一対の磁極と、
前記磁極の周囲を巻回する超伝導コイルと、
前記超伝導コイルを収容する真空容器と、
前記真空容器に対して前記超伝導コイルを支持する荷重支持体と、
前記超伝導コイルの巻回軸に交差する方向に延伸している支持面と、前記巻回軸に沿う方向へ延伸している側面を有し、前記支持面により前記巻回軸の方向で前記真空容器を支持するヨークと、を備え、
前記巻回軸に交差する方向において前記側面と前記真空容器の外側面との間には隙間が形成されていることで、前記真空容器は前記巻回軸に交差する方向において前記支持面に対して摺動可能であり、
前記支持面と前記ヨークの間に設けられる摩擦低減部を更に備える
サイクロトロン。 - 前記摩擦低減部は、前記支持面に配置されたシート材である、請求項1に記載のサイクロトロン。
- 前記シート材は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンからなる、請求項2に記載のサイクロトロン。
