Description
Claims (8)
- 冷房装置の運転時に発生する結露水を流すためのドレン管と、
前記ドレン管の途中に設けられ、当該ドレン管を流れる結露水から冷熱を受け取りその冷熱を建物内の部屋へ放出する放熱部と、
を備え、
前記放熱部より冷熱が放出される前記部屋は、臭気の発生する臭気発生空間としてのトイレであり、
前記トイレには、便器が設けられており、
前記放熱部は、その放熱面が前記便器の便座に座った人の背中に向くようにして配置されていることを特徴とする建物の空冷設備。 - 前記トイレには、前記便器を洗浄するための洗浄水を蓄える水タンクが設置されており、
前記ドレン管は、前記放熱部よりも下流側において前記水タンクへと通じていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建物の空冷設備。 - 前記ドレン管において前記放熱部よりも下流側には、前記水タンクが満水状態となった場合に当該ドレン管内の結露水を屋外に導くための分岐管が接続されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の建物の空冷設備。
- 前記トイレには、前記便器を洗浄するための洗浄水を蓄える水タンクが設置されており、
前記放熱部で発生した結露水を受け止める受け止め部材と、
前記受け止め部材で受け止められた前記結露水を前記水タンクへと導く導水管と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の建物の空冷設備。 - 前記ドレン管は、
前記冷房装置に接続された断熱管部と、
前記断熱管部に対して下流側に設けられた伝熱管部と、
を有しており、
前記放熱部は、前記伝熱管部に接触させた状態で設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の建物の空冷設備。 - 前記トイレに面した壁部の内部には壁内断熱材が設けられており、
前記放熱部は、前記壁部に対して設けられており、
前記ドレン管は、前記壁部の内部を通じて設けられ、前記壁内断熱材によって覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の建物の空冷設備。 - 前記冷房装置は、複数の部屋を冷房対象として冷房を行うものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の建物の空冷設備。
- 前記トイレ側から前記放熱部を覆い隠すためのカバー部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の建物の空冷設備。
