Claims (2)
- 筒状のケーシングに多数の膜チューブを当該ケーシングの長さ方向に沿わせて収容してなる分離膜モジュールであって、ケーシングの一端側に流体入口が設けられ、ケーシングの他端側に流体出口が設けられ、ケーシングの他端側または一端側に透過成分排出口が設けられており、かつ、ケーシングの内部は、流体入口から導入される被処理流体を一時的に貯留する流体導入室と、処理された被処理流体を集約して流体出口から排出する流体回収室と、膜チューブを透過した成分を集約して透過成分排出口から排出する透過成分回収室とに区画されており、ケーシングには、当該ケーシングの筒内に嵌合する柱状の成形ブロックが充填され、当該成形ブロックには、膜チューブの外径よりも大きな内径のチューブ保持穴が当該成形ブロックの長さ方向に沿って平行かつ並列に多数設けられ、各膜チューブは、各々、成形ブロックのチューブ保持穴に挿通されており、そして、流体導入室の被処理流体が成形ブロックのチューブ保持穴を通じて流体回収室に流れるように構成されており、しかも、成形ブロックが短軸円柱状の複数個に分割されていることを特徴とする分離膜モジュール。
- 成形ブロックのチューブ保持穴と挿通された膜チューブとの隙間が10mm以下に設定されている請求項1に記載の分離膜モジュール。
