Description
(cell stack assembly)(CSA)26と、搭載型供給源16から供給されるとともに、CSA26へと供給されかつ/またはCSA26からおよび/またはCSA26へと再循環される水素燃料を処理する燃料処理システム(fuel processing system)(FPS)28と、CSA26へと供給されかつ/またはCSA26からおよび/またはCSA26へと再循環される、30で示される供給源からの空気などの酸化剤を受け取る空気処理システム(air processing system)(APS)29と、CSA26の熱要求を管理する熱管理システム(thermal management system)(TMS)32と、CSA26の出力電圧を調整および/または制限する電圧制限装置(voltage limiting device)(VLD)34と、少なくともFCPP24の多数の処理および機能、および通常はESS25、車両補助負荷19、およびステーション資源と車両12、特にFCPP24との間のインターフェースの多数の処理および機能を調整する制御装置36と、を備える。
Claims (11)
- 移動用車両(12)に含まれ、移動用車両(12)に電力を供給する燃料電池電力設備(24)用の修正された停止作動の方法であって、車両(12)は、ステーション(10)において少なくとも電気エネルギー(20A)を含む1つまたは複数の資源(20)の再供給を受けるためにステーション(10)に時々向かい、燃料電池電力設備(24)は、燃料電池電力設備のH2オン不動態化を含む停止手順の実行を含め、燃料電池電力設備の作動を調整する制御装置(36)を備え、方法は、
a)ステーション(10)において車両(12)を少なくとも電気エネルギー資源(20A)に作動的に接続し、
b)車両(12)が電気エネルギー資源(20A)に接続されるのに応答して、延長された期間、燃料電池電力設備のH2オン不動態化を維持するのに十分な水素の流れを燃料電池電力設備内に維持することを含む電力オンモード(120、122)を備えるように停止手順の制御を修正する、
各ステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 車両の燃料電池電力設備は、電力設備の作動を実行および調整するための電気駆動装置(36、64、58、62、48、56、71、その他)を備え、電力オンモードにおいて燃料電池電力設備内の水素の流れを維持するステップは、電気駆動装置のうちの少なくとも一部(36、58、48、その他)を作動させることを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 電力オンモードの際に燃料電池電力設備のH2オン不動態化が維持され得る延長された期間は、16時間より長いことを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 電力オンモードの際に燃料電池電力設備のH2オン不動態化が維持され得る延長された期間は、30時間より長いことを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。
- 車両はさらに、搭載型水素反応物供給源(16)を備え、ステーション(10)における資源(20)の1つは、水素(20B)であり、方法は、車両(12)をステーションにおける水素資源に作動的に接続し、電力オンモードの際に搭載型水素反応物供給源(16)に再供給するように水素資源を制御する、各ステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 燃料電池電力設備(24)は、冷却材循環システム(32)を備えており、ステーション(10)における資源(20)は、冷却材(20C)も含み、方法は、車両(12)をステーションにおける冷却材資源(20C)に作動的に接続し、電力オンモードの際にステーション資源の冷却材から冷却材を循環させるように冷却材循環システム(32)を制御する、各ステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 延長された期間、燃料電池電力設備のH2オン不動態化を維持するのに十分な水素の流れを燃料電池電力設備内に維持するステップは、燃料電池電力設備内のある位置における水素の圧力を検出し、検出された圧力がある閾値より低いのに応答してその位置における水素の圧力を増大させる、ステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 燃料電池電力設備(24)は、アノード入口(50)を有する電池スタックアッセンブリ(26)を備え、アノード入口(50)近くで圧力を検出し、閾値は約2kPaであることを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。
- 燃料電池電力設備(24)は、水素反応物供給源(16)を備え、弁(48)が水素反応物供給源(16)とアノード入口(50)との間の水素の流れを制御し、水素圧力を増大させるステップは、弁(48)を調整することによることを特徴とする請求項8記載の方法。
- 車両はさらに、制限された電気エネルギーを車両に供給する制限された容量の搭載型電気エネルギー貯蔵システム(25)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 燃料電池電力設備(24)は、電位を供給する電池スタックアッセンブリ(26)と、電池スタックアッセンブリの電位を制御する電圧制限装置(34)とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
