Claims (13)
- 上基板と、信号処理装置と、前記上基板に対向して設けられる下基板と、を備える真空セル組立て装置であって、
前記上基板上に発光装置が設けられ、
前記下基板上に前記上基板からの光を受ける感光性受光ユニットアレイが設けられ、
前記感光性受光ユニットアレイが、前記感光性受光ユニットアレイからの電気信号を液晶拡散アナログ画像に転換するための前記信号処理装置に接続されている真空セル組立て装置。 - 前記感光性受光ユニットアレイが前記下基板の前記上基板に対向する面に設けられている請求項1に記載の真空セル組立て装置。
- 前記発光装置は光源、反射板および導光板を備え、前記光源が前記導光板の一側に設けられ、前記導光板が前記反射板の下方に設けられている請求項1または2に記載の真空セル組立て装置。
- 前記光源は紫外光源であり、前記感光性受光ユニットアレイは複数の紫外フォトレジスタからなり、前記上基板の紫外光源からの紫外線を受光することに用いられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の真空セル組立て装置。
- 前記導光板は平板型の導光板である請求項3または4に記載の真空セル組立て装置。
- 前記信号処理装置は二次元モデリングユニットを備え、前記感光性受光ユニットアレイからの電気信号を前記液晶拡散アナログ画像に転換することに用いられる請求項1から5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の真空セル組立て装置。
- 前記信号処理装置に接続され、前記液晶拡散アナログ画像を表示する表示装置をさらに備えている請求項1から6のうちのいずれか一項に記載の真空セル組立て装置。
- 前記感光性受光ユニットアレイは複数のフォトレジスタを備えている請求項1から7のうちのいずれか一項に記載の真空セル組立て装置。
- 前記フォトレジスタは長方形のシート状であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の真空セル組立て装置。
- 真空セル組立て装置によってセル組立てする方法であって、
前記真空セル組立て装置は、上基板と、信号処理装置と、前記上基板に対向して設けられる下基板と、を備え、前記上基板に発光装置が設けられ、前記下基板に前記上基板からの光を受ける感光性受光ユニットアレイが設けられ、且つ、前記感光性受光ユニットアレイが前記感光性受光ユニットアレイからの電気信号を液晶拡散アナログ画像に転換するための前記信号処理装置に接続され、前記方法は、
液晶を下ガラス基板上に滴下するステップと、
上ガラス基板と前記下ガラス基板によりセルを組立てるステップと、
前記液晶が拡散過程に形成する液晶拡散アナログ画像を観察するステップと、
前記液晶の拡散が要求に合うまでに、前記液晶拡散アナログ画像によってセル組立てにおけるプロセスパラメータのうちの少なくとも一つを調整するステップと、を備え、
前記セル組立てにおけるプロセスパラメータは、液晶量、液晶間隔、液晶温度、およびセル組立て圧力を備えているセル組立て方法。 - 前記液晶は、紫外線を吸収しない液晶分子の炭素鎖に分子団を嵌め込むことで形成された紫外線を吸収可能な標記液晶である請求項10に記載のセル組立て方法。
- 前記標記液晶を下ガラス基板の第一位置に滴下し、前記下ガラス基板の前記第一位置以外の領域に紫外線を吸収しない液晶を滴下する請求項11に記載のセル組立て方法。
- 液晶を洗浄した後、前記標記液晶を下ガラス基板の第二位置に滴下し、前記下ガラス基板の前記第二位置以外の領域に紫外線を吸収しない液晶を滴下するステップと、
第一位置と第二位置とが形成する前記液晶拡散アナログ画像を重ね合わせて、液晶全体の拡散アナログ画像を獲得し、前記液晶全体の拡散アナログ画像によってセル組立てにおけるプロセスパラメータを調整するステップと、を備えている請求項12に記載のセル組立て方法。
