Claims (6)
- 内燃機関に燃料を供給する燃料噴射弁を通電により開弁させる内燃機関の制御装置であって、
前記燃料噴射弁への通電時間が所定値以上で前記燃料噴射弁をフルリフト制御しているときに、前記燃料噴射弁の開弁時期または閉弁時期を検出し、
前記燃料噴射弁への通電時間が所定値未満で前記燃料噴射弁をハーフリフト制御しているときに、前記燃料噴射弁をフルリフト制御しているときに検出した前記開弁時期または前記閉弁時期に基づいて前記燃料噴射弁の通電を制御する内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記燃料噴射弁への通電時間が所定値以上の場合に、前記燃料噴射弁への通電開始時間と前記燃料噴射弁の開弁を検出した時間との差分である開弁遅れ時間を算出し、
前記燃料噴射弁への通電時間が所定値未満の場合に、前記開弁遅れ時間に基づき前記燃料噴射弁の通電を制御する請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関の制御装置は、前記燃料噴射弁の燃料圧力検出と、内燃機関の筒内圧力の検出もしくは推定と、前記燃料圧力と前記筒内圧力の差圧の算出と、をさらに行い、
前記開弁遅れ時間を前記差圧に基づいて算出することを特徴とする請求項2記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記燃料噴射弁への通電時間が所定値未満の場合に、前記開弁遅れ時間に基づき予め記憶されている基準燃料噴射量と、要求燃料噴射量との比率に基づき、前記燃料噴射弁への通電時間を算出することを特徴とする請求項2または3いずれか一項に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記燃料噴射弁への通電時間が所定値未満の場合に、前記燃料噴射弁からの燃料噴射を禁止することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
