Description
請求項6に記載のように、前記発酵槽内の上部空間の湿度を測定する湿度センサ又は前記発酵槽内の分解促進物質の水分量を測定する水分計を設け、その湿度又は水分量に応じて前記空気供給手段及び前記空気排出手段を駆動制御手段にて駆動制御する構成とすることも可能である。
このようにすれば、水分の蒸発を最適状態に制御し、熟成堆肥を含む分解促進物質Sの含水率を効率よくコントロールすることができる。
・総細菌数は、堆肥1.0g中に2.25×10の9乗(2.25×1000000000)
・腸内細菌群は不検出
であった。
・撹拌手段4および空気供給ファン21、空気排出ファン22の駆動・駆動停止を、駆動制御手段32により自動的に制御することなく、使用者などの手動ですることも可能であり、その場合タイマーを利用することもできる。
・発酵槽2内の分解促進物質Sの水分調整のために、前記発酵槽2内の上部空間の湿度を測定する湿度センサ33a(又は発酵槽2内の分解促進物質Sの水分量を測定する水分計33b 図1の鎖線参照)を設け、その湿度(又は水分量)に応じて両ファン21,22の回転量(回転速度)を駆動制御手段32にて調整することで、水分の蒸発を最適状態に制御し、熟成堆肥を含む分解促進物質Sの含水率を効率よくコントロールすることもできる。

Claims (6)
- 分解促進物質が収容され閉空間である発酵槽の天板部に、便器を備えるトイレ上屋が設けられ、前記発酵槽が、前記便器から落下した排泄物を前記分解促進物質に混合攪拌する攪拌手段を備える仮設トイレであって、
前記攪拌手段は、前記排泄物の上側に前記分解促進物質を被せるように攪拌するものであり、
前記分解促進物質は、牛糞、豚糞、鶏糞、わら、落ち葉および生ごみなどを堆肥化し熟成した熟成堆肥を含み、熟成堆肥:50〜60%、オガ粉:35〜45%、腐植土:5〜10%の割合での混合物であり、
前記収容される分解促進物質の上方空間に対し外部から空気を供給する空気供給手段と、
前記上方空間から空気を外部に排出する空気排出手段とを備え、
前記空気排出手段による単位時間あたりの排出空気量が前記空気供給手段による単位時間あたりの空気供給量よりも多いことを特徴とする仮設トイレ。 - さらに、前記トイレ上屋に設けられ開閉可能である扉と、
前記扉の開閉を検出する扉開閉検出スイッチと、
前記扉開閉検出スイッチよりの信号を受け前記扉の開放を検出すると、前記攪拌手段を駆動する駆動制御手段とを備える請求項1記載の仮設トイレ。 - 前記駆動制御手段は、前記扉の開放時から第1の設定時間経過すると、前記攪拌手段の駆動を停止する請求項2記載の仮設トイレ。
- 前記駆動制御手段は、第2の設定時間毎に、一定時間の間、前記攪拌手段を駆動する請求項2または3記載の仮設トイレ。
- 前記攪拌手段は、回転軸に攪拌羽根が放射状に設けられてなる1対の攪拌軸を有し、
前記各攪拌軸は、互いにもう一方の前記攪拌軸がある側に向かって回転する構成とされている請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の仮設トイレ。 - 前記発酵槽内の上部空間の湿度を測定する湿度センサ又は前記発酵槽内の分解促進物質の水分量を測定する水分計を設け、その湿度又は水分量に応じて前記空気供給手段及び前記空気排出手段を駆動制御手段にて駆動制御する請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の仮設トイレ。
