Claims (12)
- 工作機械のためのクランプチャック(10)であって、
前記クランプチャック(10)の本体(11)内に配置されており、シャンク型工具(15)の軸方向挿入のための受け入れ開口を有するレセプタクルと、
中心レセプタクル内に少なくとも部分的に配置された収縮スリーブ(12)と、
前記中心レセプタクルの断面の少なくとも局所的な減少のためのクランプ装置(18)と、
を有し、
前記クランプチャック(10)がクランプされているときおよび前記クランプチャック(10)がクランプされていないときのいずれにおいても前記受け入れ開口に対する前記収縮スリーブ(12)の所定の配置を定める固定装置が設けられており、
前記固定装置は、前記受け入れ開口内での前記収縮スリーブ(12)のねじれ動作を制限するねじれ防止固定手段(17)、又は、前記受け入れ開口内での前記収縮スリーブ(12)の変位を制限する軸方向固定手段を有し、
前記受け入れ開口内での前記収縮スリーブ(12)の前記ねじれ又は変位の前記制限が弾性作用によって実現され、
前記収縮スリーブ(12)が自由浮動態様で取り付けられていることを特徴とするクランプチャック(10)。 - 受け入れ開口に対する前記収縮スリーブ(12)の前記所定の配置において、収縮スリーブおよび受け入れ開口またはクランプチャック(10)の偏心度は、補償態様で互いと調整されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクランプチャック(10)。
- 前記収縮スリーブ(12)および/または前記クランプチャック(10)がマーキングを有し、前記マーキングに基づいて、前記偏心度が互いに調整される前記配置が特定され得ることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のクランプチャック(10)。
- 前記収縮スリーブは、前記受け入れ開口の表面へ向けて面するその側に、互いにつながらない前記収縮スリーブの2つの面側から進む前記収縮スリーブの回転軸と平行に延びる溝を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクランプチャック(10)。
- 前記シャンク型工具(15)の外周冷却が与えられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4の何れか一項に記載のクランプチャック(10)。
- 前記外周冷却は、前記シャンク型工具(15)へとノズル状態様で方向付けられてそらされることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のクランプチャック(10)。
- 前記外周冷却のために与えられる冷却剤は、前記シャンク型工具のシャンクおよび切断縁に沿って平行に方向付けられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のクランプチャック(10)。
- 前記クランプ装置(18)および/または前記収縮スリーブ(12)は、冷却剤の通過を許容するための1つ以上のスロット、1つ以上の孔、または、1つ以上の開口を有することを特徴とする請求項5乃至請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のクランプチャック(10)。
- 前記固定装置は、前記シャンク型工具(15)のための貫通開口が設けられているカバー(13)であり、前記カバーは、前記収縮スリーブ(12)が前記中心レセプタクル内に固定されるようにかつ前記カバー(13)が前記クランプチャック(10)の前記本体(11)に対して締め付けられるように、前記受け入れ開口が設けられている前記クランプチャック(10)の側を覆って係合することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項8の何れか一項に記載のクランプチャック(10)。
- 前記カバー(13)は、特にクランプ、焼嵌め、溶接、もしくは、蝋付けによって、または、積極的にロックする戻り止め作用を用いて、前記クランプチャック(10)の前記本体(11)に取り外し不可能に締め付けられることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のクランプチャック(10)。
- 前記カバー(13)は、前記クランプチャック(13)の前記本体(11)および/または前記収縮スリーブ(12)よりも高い強度を有する材料から構成されることを特徴とする請求項9または請求項10に記載のクランプチャック(10)。
- 前記カバー(13)は、特にTiNでコーティングされる金色から成り、または、対比色から成ることを特徴とする請求項9から請求項11のいずれか一項に記載のクランプチャック(10)。
