Description
下記表1に示されたような種類及び厚さの層構成で多層構造フィルムを製造した。各層の接着には2液型ウレタン接着剤(主剤:ポリエステルウレタンポリオール、硬化剤:芳香族ポリイソシアネート)が用いられており、これをグラビア方式で接着面に塗布した後、ラミネートする方式で接着が行われた。各層の接着に用いた接着剤の種類、量及び接着条件はいずれも同じであった。
−熱伝導度(W/mK)
−耐久性(1):100℃、50日間放置後の熱伝導度(=10年耐久性能)
−耐久性(2):100℃、150日間放置後の熱伝導度(=30年耐久性能)
−耐久性(3):RH0〜80%、−30〜80℃、30日間放置後の熱伝導度(=10年耐久性能)
−耐久性(4):RH0〜80%、−30〜80℃、80日間放置後の熱伝導度(=30年耐久性能)
−耐久期間:耐久性を保証できる最小期間

3 第2外部層(ナイロン層)
4 アルミホイル層
5 MPE熱融着層
6.1、6.2、6.3 ウレタン系接着剤

Claims (11)
- (1)ガラスクロスと、
(2)無機酸化物蒸着PET層、ナイロン層及び蒸着OPP層から選ばれた10μm〜30μm厚さの第1外部層と、
(3)無機酸化物蒸着PET層、ナイロン層及び蒸着OPP層から選ばれた10μm〜30μm厚さの第2外部層と、
(4)アルミホイル層と、
(5)ポリエチレン熱融着層と、を最外部から前記順に含み、
前記で、
第1外部層が無機酸化物蒸着PET層であり、第2外部層がナイロン層であるか、
第1外部層が無機酸化物蒸着PET層であり、第2外部層が無機酸化物蒸着PET層であるか、
第1外部層がナイロン層であり、第2外部層が無機酸化物蒸着PET層であるか、
第1外部層がナイロン層であり、第2外部層がナイロン層であるか、
第1外部層がナイロン層であり、第2外部層が蒸着OPP層であるか、
第1外部層が蒸着OPP層であり、第2外部層が無機酸化物蒸着PET層であるか、
第1外部層が蒸着OPP層であり、第2外部層がナイロン層である、
多層構造の真空断熱パネル用封止部材。 - アルミホイル層の厚さが、5μm〜10μmであり、
ポリエチレン熱融着層の厚さが40μm〜60μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱パネル用封止部材。 - 第1外部層が、10μm〜15μm厚さの無機酸化物蒸着PET層であり、
第2外部層が、15μm〜30μm厚さのナイロン層であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱パネル用封止部材。 - 第1外部層が、10μm〜20μm厚さのナイロン層であり、
第2外部層が、15μm〜30μm厚さのナイロン層であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱パネル用封止部材。 - 第1外部層が、15μm〜30μm厚さのナイロン層であり、
第2外部層が、10μm〜15μm厚さの無機酸化物蒸着PET層であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱パネル用封止部材。 - 第1外部層が、10μm〜30μm厚さの蒸着OPP層であり、
第2外部層が、15μm〜30μm厚さのナイロン層であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱パネル用封止部材。 - 第1外部層が、15μm〜30μm厚さのナイロン層であり、
第2外部層が、10μm〜30μm厚さの蒸着OPP層であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱パネル用封止部材。 - 多層構造内の各層が、ウレタン接着剤により接着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱パネル用封止部材。
- 多層構造内の各層間に塗布される接着剤の種類、接着剤の量及び接着条件が同じであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の真空断熱パネル用封止部材。
- ガラスクロスが、100〜200g/m2の坪量、
横1インチ×縦1インチ当たり20〜40ストランドの密度、及び
1ポンド当たり5,000〜10,000mの長さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱パネル用封止部材。 - コア材と、
外皮材として、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の封止部材と、
ガス吸着剤と、
を含む真空断熱パネル。
