本願発明の組成物は、ポリオレフィン基本ポリマーと添加剤とを含む。ポリオレフィンは、本願明細書で使用されるように、一般式CnH2nを有するアルケンから製造されたポリマーである。
表1は、いくつかの異なるケーブル被覆を本願発明のケーブル被覆と比較する。
Claims (16)
- ポリオレフィン基本ポリマーと添加剤とを含み、
前記添加剤は、前記ポリオレフィン基本ポリマーの質量を基準として、5〜20(重量)部のベーム石、5〜20(重量)部のナノクレイ、5〜20(重量)部のミクロ結晶性タルク、5〜20(重量)部のヒドロキシすず酸亜鉛、150〜220(重量)部の含水鉱物および2〜4(重量)部のポリオレフィンオイルを含み、
前記ポリオレフィン基本ポリマーは、0.890g/cm3以上の密度を有し、
前記ポリオレフィンオイルは、0.830g/cm3以下の密度を有するハロゲンフリー組成物。 - ポリオレフィンオイルは、20℃において60〜90cPの粘度を有する請求項1に記載のハロゲンフリー組成物。
- ポリオレフィンオイルは、570〜610g/モルの分子量を有する請求項1に記載のハロゲンフリー組成物。
- ポリオレフィンオイルは、0.826〜0.830g/cm3の密度を有する請求項1に記載のハロゲンフリー組成物。
- ナノクレイはモンモリロナイト粘土である請求項1に記載のハロゲンフリー組成物。
- 前記ポリオレフィン基本ポリマーは、エチレン−オクテン、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、直線状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)、エチレン酢酸ビニル(EVA)、エチレンプロピレンゴム(EPR)から構成される群から選択される請求項1に記載のハロゲンフリー組成物。
- 導体と被覆とを有し、
前記被覆は、ハロゲンフリーであって、ポリオレフィン基本ポリマーと添加剤とを含み、
前記添加剤は、前記ポリオレフィン基本ポリマーの質量を基準として、5〜20(重量)部のベーム石、5〜20(重量)部のナノクレイ、5〜20(重量)部のミクロ結晶性タルク、5〜20(重量)部のヒドロキシすず酸亜鉛、150〜220(重量)部の含水鉱物および2〜4(重量)部のポリオレフィンオイルを含み、
UL 1685に準拠したトレイケーブル燃焼試験に合格するケーブル。 - ポリオレフィンオイルは、20℃において60〜90cPの粘度を有する請求項7に記載のケーブル。
- ポリオレフィンオイルは、570〜610g/モルの分子量を有する請求項7に記載のケーブル。
- 前記ポリオレフィン基本ポリマーは、0.890g/cm3以上の密度を有する請求項7に記載のケーブル。
- 前記ポリオレフィンオイルは、0.830g/cm3以下の密度を有する請求項7に記載のケーブル。
- 前記ポリオレフィン基本ポリマーは、エチレン−オクテン、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、直線状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)、エチレン酢酸ビニル(EVA)、エチレンプロピレンゴム(EPR)から構成される群から選択される請求項7に記載のケーブル。
- ポリオレフィン基本ポリマーの質量を基準として、5〜20(重量)部のベーム石、5〜20(重量)部のナノクレイ、5〜20(重量)部のミクロ結晶性タルク、5〜20(重量)部のヒドロキシすず酸亜鉛、150〜220(重量)部の含水鉱物および2〜4(重量)部のポリオレフィンオイルを含み、ポリオレフィンの機械特性および難燃特性を向上させるための添加剤。
- 前記含水鉱物は、三水和アルミナ(ATH)および水酸化マグネシウムからなる群から選択される請求項1に記載のハロゲンフリー組成物。
- 前記含水鉱物は、三水和アルミナ(ATH)および水酸化マグネシウムからなる群から選択される請求項7に記載のケーブル。
- 前記含水鉱物は、三水和アルミナ(ATH)および水酸化マグネシウムからなる群から選択される請求項13に記載の添加剤。
