Claims (2)
- 四塩化珪素を含むガスを用いて鋼板に浸珪処理を施す浸珪処理炉と、浸珪処理炉から排出される排ガスを冷却し、浸珪処理における副生成物である塩化鉄を前記排ガスから分離除去する冷却装置を有する浸珪処理装置であって、前記浸珪処理炉に用いられる断熱材として、アルミナを20mass%以下含み、残部がシリカであるセラミックファイバーを用いることを特徴とする浸珪処理装置。
- 前記セラミックファイバーが、さらに前記アルミナおよびシリカ以外の1種以上の酸化物を合計で30mass%以下含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の浸珪処理装置;ただし、前記酸化物は該酸化物を構成する酸化物形成元素(ただし酸素以外)の塩化物の融点が200℃以上である。
