Description
まず、本実施形態のドアトリム部品の構成について説明する。図6(b)に示すように、本実施形態のドアトリム部品1は、樹脂基材2と表皮部材3とを備えている。
次に、本実施形態のドアトリム部品の製造方法について説明する。本実施形態のドアトリム部品の製造方法は、配置工程と、成形工程と、取り出し工程と、復元工程と、を有している。図1に、配置工程における成形型の断面図を示す。図2に、成形工程における溶融樹脂の射出時の成形型の断面図を示す。図3に、同工程における成形完了時の成形型の断面図を示す。図4に、取り出し工程における離型後の成形品の断面図を示す。図5(a)に、図1の円Va内の拡大図を示し、図5(b)に、図4の円Vb内の拡大図を示す。図6(a)に、復元工程の模式図を示し、図6(b)に、復元後のドアトリム部品の断面図を示す。
次に、本実施形態のドアトリム部品およびその製造方法の作用効果について説明する。本実施形態のドアトリム部品1においては、樹脂基材2と表皮部材3とが一体成形されているにも関わらず、スラブフォーム層31cの全体がクッション性に優れる。このため、表皮部材3全体の触感が、柔らかい。また、樹脂基材2と表皮部材3とは、接着ではなく、一体成形されている。このため、表皮部材2は剥がれにくい。また、樹脂基材2と表皮部材3との間に、シート部材も介在しない。よって、シート部材を備えるものと比較して、部品点数が少なくて済み、その分だけ安価になる。さらに、スラブフォーム層31cの表面は、表皮層30により被覆されている。これにより、ドアトリム部品1の意匠性や質感が向上する。
以上、本発明の車両内装品およびその製造方法の実施形態について説明した。しかしながら、本発明の車両内装品およびその製造方法の実施の形態は、上記形態に限定されるものではない。当業者が行いうる種々の変形的形態、改良的形態で実施することも可能である。
Claims (4)
- 樹脂基材と該樹脂基材に接合される表皮部材とを備える車両内装品の製造方法であって、
スラブフォーム層と該スラブフォーム層の裏面に積層される保護層とを有する該表皮部材を成形型に配置する配置工程と、
溶融した樹脂を、該表皮部材の該保護層側のキャビティに30MPa以上50MPa以下の圧力で射出して、該スラブフォーム層を圧縮しながら該樹脂基材を射出成形する成形工程と、
冷却後、該表皮部材と該樹脂基材とが一体化した成形品を該成形型から取り出す取り出し工程と、
該成形品の該スラブフォーム層を加熱して、該スラブフォーム層の形状を復元させる復元工程と、
を有することを特徴とする車両内装品の製造方法。 - 前記復元工程における前記スラブフォーム層の加熱温度は、110℃以上である請求項1に記載の車両内装品の製造方法。
- 前記保護層は、不織布からなる請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両内装品の製造方法。
- 前記表皮部材は、さらに前記スラブフォーム層の表面を被覆する表皮層を有する請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の車両内装品の製造方法。
