Description
前記抵抗素子収容溝65には前記第3の抵抗端子60e、60f及び第3の印刷型抵抗素子20bが設置されるので、複合保護素子の全体的な厚さを減少させることができる。

Claims (14)
- 上面には、一対のヒューズ端子と、第1及び第2の抵抗端子と、前記第1及び第2の抵抗端子を連結する第1及び第2の連結端子と、が設けられる基板;
前記第1及び第2の連結端子上に形成される絶縁層;
前記絶縁層上に形成され、前記ヒューズ端子に接続されるヒュージブルエレメント;
前記第1及び第2の抵抗端子にそれぞれ接続される第1及び第2の印刷型抵抗素子; 及び、過電圧が印加されると、電流が前記第1及び第2の抵抗素子に流れるように制御するスイッチング素子;を含み、
前記第1及び第2の印刷型抵抗素子は、前記ヒュージブルエレメントの両側に離隔して併設される、
ことを特徴とする複合保護素子。 - 前記基板の下面には第3の抵抗端子が設けられ、
前記第3の抵抗端子に接続され、前記基板を挟んで前記ヒュージブルエレメントの直下方に配置される第3の印刷型抵抗素子;をさらに含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合保護素子。 - 前記第1の連結端子又は第2の連結端子には、前記ヒュージブルエレメントと接続される接続部が設けられ、
前記接続部の一側は前記ヒュージブルエレメントの中央領域の直下方に配置され、
前記ヒュージブルエレメントから流れ出た電流は、前記接続部から分岐されて前記第1及び第2の印刷型抵抗素子に流れ、前記第1及び第2の印刷型抵抗素子の発熱は、前記接続部を経て前記ヒュージブルエレメントに伝達される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の複合保護素子。 - 前記第1の連結端子と第2の連結端子との間には、前記ヒュージブルエレメントに接続可能な自由端と、前記第1の抵抗端子又は第2の抵抗端子に連結される固定端と、を有する第3の連結端子が設けられ、
前記第3の連結端子の自由端は、前記ヒュージブルエレメントの中央領域の直下方に配置され、
前記ヒュージブルエレメントから流れ出た電流は、前記第3の連結端子から分岐されて前記第1、第2及び第3の印刷型抵抗素子に流れ、前記第1、第2及び第3の印刷型抵抗素子の発熱は、前記第3の連結端子を経て前記ヒュージブルエレメントに伝達される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の複合保護素子。 - 前記一対のヒューズ端子の対向する面は、半円状又は半楕円状からなる、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の複合保護素子。 - 前記ヒュージブルエレメントは、板状の合金部と、前記合金部内に挿入されるフラックス部とからなる、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の複合保護素子。 - 前記第1、第2及び第3の印刷型抵抗素子上に絶縁素材からなる保護膜を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の複合保護素子。 - 前記基板の下面に抵抗素子収容溝を有し、前記抵抗素子収容溝に前記第3の抵抗端子及び第3の印刷型抵抗素子が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の複合保護素子。 - 前記抵抗素子収容溝内に設けられた前記第3の印刷型抵抗素子上に保護膜を有し、前記基板内に前記第3の印刷型抵抗素子を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の複合保護素子。 - 前記基板には、前記ヒュージブルエレメントの直下方で、かつ、前記第3の印刷型抵抗素子に対応する位置にビアホールが形成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の複合保護素子。 - 前記第3の抵抗端子は、前記基板に貫通して形成され、前記ヒュージブルエレメントの直下方に設けられるビアホールを介して第1の連結端子又は第2の連結端子と接続される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の複合保護素子。 - 前記ヒュージブルエレメントの中央領域の直下方に配置され、前記第1及び第2の印刷型抵抗素子の発熱時に前記ヒュージブルエレメントに熱を集中させる溶断誘導部;をさらに含み、
前記溶断誘導部は、前記ヒュージブルエレメントの溶融時、前記の溶融されたヒュージブルエレメントがその中心方向に凝集されるように円形又は楕円形からなる、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の複合保護素子。 - 前記第1の連結端子又は第2の連結端子には、前記溶断誘導部の直下方に配置される接続部が設けられ、
前記溶断誘導部と前記第1及び第2の連結端子との間には、前記溶断誘導部及び前記接続部がソルダリングによって接続できるように中央にホールが形成される絶縁層が形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の複合保護素子。 - 前記第1の連結端子又は第2の連結端子は、前記接続部と、一端が前記接続部に連結され、他端が前記第1及び第2の抵抗端子に連結される一対の連結部と、からなり、
前記接続部は、前記連結部より大きい幅を有する円形又は楕円形からなり、
前記接続部と前記ヒュージブルエレメントとの間には、前記接続部及び前記ヒュージブルエレメントがソルダリングによって接続できるように中央にホールが形成される絶縁層が形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の複合保護素子。
