Claims (11)
- 測定方向(X)に延設された長さ測定システム(2)を取り付けるための取付け装置において、
長さ測定システム(2)が、挟持することにより相手ホルダ(13)とホルダ(4)間で基盤(1)に固定可能であり、基盤(1)とホルダ(4)が、調整要素(5)によって回転不能に相手ホルダ(13)の方向に縦方向にホルダ(4)を基盤(1)にガイドするために形成されており、このため、基盤(1)に、少なくとも1つのガイド面が形成され、基盤(1)が、ホルダ(4)を回転不能にガイドする切欠き(14)を備え、更に、基盤(1)が、長さ測定システム(2)の収容時に長さ測定システム(2)の面(22)が当接する内側の取付け面(15)を有する壁(16)を備え、この壁(16)内に、切欠き(14)が形成されており、これにより、ホルダ(14)が、長さ測定システム(2)の後で基盤(1)に回転不能にガイドされていること、を特徴とする取付け装置。 - ホルダ(4)が、第1の部分(41)を備え、ホルダ(4)のこの第1の部分(41)が、長さ測定システム(2)と係合可能であること、ホルダ(4)が、第2の部分(42)を備え、この第2の部分が、ホルダ(4)を基盤(1)の少なくとも1つのガイド面に回転不能に相手ホルダ(13)の方向に縦方向にガイドするために形成されていること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の取付け装置。
- ホルダ(4)の第1の部分(41)が、長さ測定システム(2)への係合時に材料貫入を生じさせるために形成された少なくとも1つのノーズ状の突出部(412)を備えること、を特徴とする請求項2に記載の取付け装置。
- 切欠き(14)が、ホルダ(4)を測定方向(X)に拘束する互いに平行に延在する2つのガイド面を備えること、を特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の取付け装置。
- 相手ホルダ(13)が、基盤(1)に形成された突出部であること、を特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の取付け装置。
- 調整要素(5)が、ホルダ(4)の内ネジ(43)に係合するネジであること、を特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の取付け装置。
- ネジが、両端にドライバ用の輪郭(52,53)を備えることによって、両側に駆動可能であること、を特徴とする請求項6に記載の取付け装置。
- ホルダ(4)が、基盤(1)と共に噛合い部を構成するためのフック(44)を備えること、を特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の取付け装置。
- 基盤(1)が、測定方向(X)に延在する取付けレールであり、この取付けレールに、測定方向(X)に互いに間隔を置いた複数のホルダ(4)が設けられていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の取付け装置。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の取付け装置とこの取付け装置に取り付けられた長さ測定システム(2)とを有する構造ユニット。
- 長さ測定システム(2)が、スケール(21)を内部空間に収容したスケールハウジングを有すること、を特徴とする請求項10に記載の構造ユニット。
