Description
本発明の第1の実施形態について図面を参照して説明する。本実施形態に係る治療用処置装置は、生体組織の治療に用いるための装置である。この治療用処置装置は、生体組織に高周波エネルギと熱エネルギとを作用させる。治療用処置装置300の外観の概略を図1に示す。この図に示されるように、治療用処置装置300は、エネルギ処置具310と、制御装置370と、フットスイッチ380とを備えている。
その結果、エネルギ処置具310の保持部320は、小型化され得る。
第2の実施形態について説明する。ここでは、第1の実施形態との相違点について説明し、同一の部分については、同一の符号を付してその説明を省略する。本実施形態では、第1の実施形態における第1の電極部100及び第2の電極部200に相当する部分が、伝熱部600に変更されている。
第3の実施形態について説明する。ここでは、第1の実施形態との相違点について説明し、同一の部分については、同一の符号を付してその説明を省略する。本実施形態では、第1の実施形態における第1の電極部100及び第2の電極部200に相当する部分が、伝熱部700に変更されている。
Claims (8)
- 生体組織を加熱して治療するための治療用処置装置であって、
表裏をなす第1の主面と第2の主面とのうち前記第1の主面において前記生体組織に接触してこの生体組織に熱を伝える伝熱板と、
前記伝熱板の前記第2の主面側に設けられ、前記伝熱板から突出する突出部を有する基板と、
前記伝熱板と熱的に結合しており、電圧が印加されることで発熱する前記基板に形成された電気抵抗パターンと、
前記基板の前記突出部に形成され、前記電気抵抗パターンと電気的に接続された第1のリード接続部と、
前記基板よりも前記伝熱板側に配置され、前記第1のリード接続部と電気的に接続して、前記電気抵抗パターンに電力を供給する第1のリード線と、
を具備する治療用処置装置。 - 前記電気抵抗パターン及び前記第1のリード接続部は、前記基板の表裏をなす主面のうち前記第2の主面と対向する主面に形成されている請求項1に記載の治療用処置装置。
- 前記伝熱板と前記電気抵抗パターンとの間に配置され、前記電気抵抗パターンと前記伝熱板との熱的な結合を担う接着シートをさらに具備する請求項2に記載の治療用処置装置。
- 前記基板は、前記伝熱板と前記電気抵抗パターンとを接合させる接着シートである、請求項2に記載の治療用処置装置。
- 前記基板は、前記伝熱板と前記電気抵抗パターンとの間に位置する接着シートであり、
前記基板は、前記電気抵抗パターンと前記伝熱板との熱的な結合を担う、
請求項1に記載の治療用処置装置。 - 前記第1のリード接続部が形成されている一部分において前記基板には開口部が設けられており、
前記開口部を介して前記第1のリード線と前記第1のリード接続部とは、電気的に接続されている、
請求項5に記載の治療用処置装置。 - 前記接着シートは、樹脂にセラミックが混合された材料によって形成されている請求項3乃至6のうち何れか1項に記載の治療用処置装置。
- 前記伝熱板は導電性を有しており、
前記基板の前記突出部に形成され、前記第1のリード接続部と電気的に絶縁され、前記伝熱部と電気的に接続された第2のリード接続部と、
前記基板よりも前記伝熱板側に配置され、前記第2のリード接続部と電気的に接続して、前記伝熱板に高周波電圧を印加する第2のリード線と、
をさらに具備する請求項1に記載の治療用処置装置。
