Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- エアロゾル発生のための誘導加熱装置であって、前記装置が、
−エアロゾル形成基質およびサセプタを含むエアロゾル形成インサートの少なくとも一部分を受けるための内部表面を持つくぼみを備えた装置ハウジングであって、前記装置ハウジングがさらに磁軸を持つ誘導コイルを備え、前記誘導コイルが前記くぼみの少なくとも一部分を囲むように配列されている装置ハウジングと、
−前記誘導コイルに接続され、かつ前記誘導コイルに高周波電流を供給するよう構成された電源とを備え、
前記誘導コイルを形成するワイヤー材料が、主要部分を含む断面を持ち、前記主要部分が前記磁軸の方向の長軸方向延長部分および前記磁軸に対して直角を成す横方向延長部分を持ち、この長軸方向延長部分が前記主要部分の前記横方向延長部分よりも長い、装置。 - 前記主要部分が矩形の形態を持つ、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記主要部分が前記ワイヤー材料の断面全体を形成する、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ワイヤー材料の断面がさらに二次的部分を含み、前記二次的部分が前記磁軸と直角を成す方向の長軸方向延長部分および前記磁軸の方向の横方向延長部分を持ち、この長軸方向延長部分が前記二次的部分の横方向延長部分よりも長い、請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ワイヤー材料の断面がL字型である、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記誘導コイルの前記ワイヤー材料がLitzワイヤーでできているか、またはLitzケーブルである、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記誘導コイルが3〜5個の巻線を持つ、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置ハウジングの外側壁と前記誘導コイルとの間に提供された磁気遮蔽をさらに含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記磁気遮蔽がシート材料の形態の前記誘導コイル、または前記装置ハウジングの外側壁の内側被覆を囲む、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記磁気遮蔽が前記誘導コイルの個別の巻線間に配置される、請求項8または9に記載の装置。
- 前記くぼみの内部表面の外周部分と前記誘導コイルが円筒形状である、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記エアロゾル形成インサートが前記くぼみ内に収容される時に、前記装置ハウジングが前記エアロゾル形成インサートを前記くぼみ内に保持するための保持用部材を備える、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の装置およびエアロゾル形成基質およびサセプタを含むエアロゾル形成インサートを備える、誘導加熱およびエアロゾル発生システムであって、前記エアロゾル形成基質が前記装置の前記くぼみ内に収容され、また前記エアロゾル形成インサートの前記サセプタが、前記誘導コイルによって発生する電磁場により誘導的に加熱されるようにその内部に配置される、システム。
- 前記エアロゾル形成インサートが、
サセプタを備え、液体(好ましくは、ニコチンを含む)を含むカートリッジおよび
サセプタを備えるたばこ材料含有ユニットのうち一方である、請求項13に記載のシステム。
