Claims (9)
- ベルトプーリに固結されるサンギヤ(15)と、
相対的な行程センサ(33)によって監視される行程区間(x)に沿って機能する電動式のアクチュエータ(22)により操作されるブレーキ(14)を用いて、ハウジングに結合されて固定可能なリングギヤ(13)と、
内燃機関(2)のクランク軸(8)に結合され、プラネタリピニオン(16)を回転可能に保持するキャリア(17)と、
を備え、前記サンギヤ(15)と前記キャリア(17)との間に、両方向に切換可能であってオーバーラン可能な、前記アクチュエータ(22)により前記行程区間(x)に沿って切り換えられるフリーホイール(10)が配置されている、自動車内の内燃機関(2)のベルトドライブ(3)内の切換可能なプラネタリギヤ(12)を制御する方法であって、
前記アクチュエータ(22)の行程区間(x)を、前記相対的な行程センサ(33)の行程区間信号により求め、絶対値についての前記相対的な行程センサ(33)の照合を、前記アクチュエータ(22)の少なくとも1回の照合動作により実施し、前記アクチュエータ(22)の電気的な挙動を、前記行程区間(x)の所定の少なくとも1つの行程点(WP)において評価し、前記アクチュエータ(22)の電気的な挙動に基づいて、前記所定の少なくとも1つの行程点(WP)を絶対値として定めることを特徴とする、自動車内の内燃機関のベルトドライブ内の切換可能なプラネタリギヤを制御する方法。 - 前記行程区間(x)の部分区間(x2)に沿って前記ブレーキ(14)を操作し、別の部分区間(x1)に沿って前記フリーホイール(10)を操作する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの行程点(WP)を、前記フリーホイール(10)を操作する部分区間(x1)に沿って配置する、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの行程点(WP)を、ストッパ(31)により確定する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記電気的な挙動は、前記相対的な行程センサ(33)の行程区間信号が変化しなくなるときの電流変化、電圧変化及び/又は出力変化である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 相対的な行程区間を、スピンドル(27)を駆動する電動モータ(25)の回転角センサ(32)の回転角ステップ数から、前記スピンドル(27)のピッチ(m)との関連で求める、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 少なくとも前記内燃機関(2)の始動前に照合のルーチンを実施する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ルーチンを、自動車内の運転者の存在の認識に基づいて実施する、請求項7記載の方法。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法を実施する、自動車の内燃機関(2)に設けられるベルトドライブ(3)であって、
ベルトスタータジェネレータ(7)を含む、ベルトにより作用結合している複数のユニットと、
切換可能なプラネタリギヤ(12)であって、ベルトプーリに固結されるサンギヤ(15)と、相対的な行程センサ(33)によって監視される行程区間(x)に沿って機能する電動式のアクチュエータ(22)により操作されるブレーキ(14)を用いて、ハウジングに結合されて固定可能なリングギヤ(13)と、内燃機関(2)のクランク軸(8)に結合され、プラネタリピニオン(16)を回転可能に保持するキャリア(17)とを有する切換可能なプラネタリギヤ(12)と、
を備え、前記サンギヤ(15)と前記キャリア(17)との間に、両方向に切換可能であってオーバーラン可能な、前記アクチュエータ(22)により前記行程区間(x)に沿って切り換えられるフリーホイール(10)が配置されていることを特徴とする、自動車の内燃機関に設けられるベルトドライブ。
